Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Stefano and his team did an incredible job on our complete bathroom remodel. Especially great at helping choose materials, he was also easy to reach and keep in contact with. Stefano truly strives to do the best work possible and we are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Stefano, Star Home Remodeling for our kitchen remodeling /flooring project, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
We are thrilled with the results and wanted to share our positive experience with others.
First and foremost, Stefano displayed the utmost professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process.
From our initial consultation to the final touches, he incorporated and included all our ideas and needs, offering valuable suggestions and guidance along the way. His extensive knowledge of kitchen design and remodeling ensured that our vision was brought to life in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
The communication with Stefano was exceptional throughout the project. He kept us well-informed about the progress, provided regular project updates, and always available to address any questions or concerns we had. Stefano had provided planned timelines and project details prior to start of the project which helped us organize properly and schedule our rental dates as we had moved out of the house during the work. The responsiveness and transparency instilled a great deal of trust and peace of mind, knowing that our project was in capable hands.
One aspect that truly impressed us was the meticulous attention to detail exhibited by Stefano & his crew. They consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the remodeling process. From the precision of the measurements to the flawless installation of fixtures and appliances, their craftsmanship was second to none. The result is a stunning kitchen that not only meets but exceeds my expectations. We were super impressed with the paint job as well with minimum touch up needed after the work was completed.
Moreover, Stefano and their team were punctual and respectful of our time and space. They adhered to the agreed-upon schedule, completing the project within the estimated timeframe. They also maintained a clean and organized work area, minimizing disruptions to my daily routine as much as possible.
In conclusion, working with Star Home Remodeling for our kitchen remodeling project was a true pleasure. Their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional craftsmanship resulted in a beautiful kitchen that has transformed my home. I highly recommend Stefano to anyone seeking top-notch remodeling services.

We just completed our project with Star Home Remodeling and we are so thrilled with the transformation! All our design ideas came to fruition with the guidance and support of Stefano. He was extremely professional, organized, and detail oriented. He was always positive and personable which made us always feel so confident in our decision to work with him. My husband and I really appreciated his prompt response to any issues we had, and he always worked to make it right. He sent consistent crews that were timely, careful, and had great workmanship. What started out as a small project grew into a larger project as we kept adding new things, but it was seamless because of this company. Thank you, Stefano!

Fantastic experience with Stefano and the crew of Star Home Remodeling. Professionalism throughout the project. Stefano offered design advice that we had not heard from other bidders for the project. A remarkable transformation for our master bath (converting tiny shower and large bathtub into a beautifully tiled (floor to ceiling) walk-in shower, granite countertops, sinks, etc. Our kitchen floor was replaced, making a fresh, new space. We highly recommend Star Home Remodeling. Prompt crew each day! Such a pleasant experience!

Our experience with both Stefano and Star Home Remodeling as a whole was outstanding. Our primary project was a tub to shower conversion and update of our guest bath, and smaller improvements of our other two baths. Stefano’s suggestions and guidance were extremely helpful. Workers were prompt, clean and courteous. We were advised each day of both work to be done and expected time frame. Stefano checked each day, often twice, to monitor progress and inspected each step for any problems or unexpected concerns. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and courteously. We would recommend this company without hesitation.

Stefano first remodeled our master bath four years ago. We worked together on design and colors, and it came out perfect. We were so happy with Stefano's work that we had him redo our guest bath, and again, we could not be more pleased. He has skilled and professional subcontractors, and he responds immediately to any questions or concerns you might have. And again, on the second bath it was a collaboration of my ideas and Stefano's suggestions. Next up will be the kitchen and our third, very small bathroom.

Stefano and his crew were excellent. Stefano offered more creative ideas for our bathroom to bring it up to date and beautiful. We were kept informed on the progress and daily schedule and they finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Star Home Remodeling.

Star Home Remodeling and Stefano were easy to work with. Stefano listened to what we wanted and helped us through the remodeling process. He kept us informed of when his workmen would be arriving and came by every day to check their work. He was upfront with issues they found and offered alternatives. The work was well done and we love our new bathroom. We highly recommend this company.

Stefano and Tile & Stone Design Center recently remodeled our entire master bathroom. The project was completed early, and for the agreed upon price, with no unpleasant surprises.

Stefano gave expert design advice, with absolutely no sales pressures. His communication throughout the project was superb.

Stefano's team set high-quality workmanship standards, and exceeded them in every area (plumbing, tile installation, electrical, glass, paint, and carpentry). They cleaned the job site and removed all demolition items every day.

Stefano took a considerable amount of time over numerous meetings prior to our agreeing to the project to get our ideas and preferences. He offered excellent suggestions the not doubt prevented us from making poor decisions.

This is an "A+" contractor, worthy of extra credit. We are already planning on using Stefano's Tile & Stone Design Center to remodel our kitchen, and we are pleased to recommend Tile & Stone Design Center.

Stefano and his crew were great to work with! We used them to remodel a small bathroom. I was a little skeptical initially based on remodels we’ve done in the past with other contractors, but Stefano surpassed all expectations. His communication and professionalism are top notch. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. They finished the job on time and the quality of workmanship was impeccable. We could not have be more pleased. We are planning to use Star Home Remodeling for many other future projects.

Stefano and team did an amazing job on my dream master bath home remodel ! Thank you

Star Home Remodeling recently completed a kitchen renovation for my home that looks amazing! I am very pleased with the services that Stefano and his team provided throughout this project. I greatly appreciated Stefano’s easy, relaxed, and no high-pressure approach to working with his clients. He listens to what you have in mind regarding the project and takes the time to understand what is most important to you to help guide the design and material decision process. I appreciated Stefano showing up on the job site every morning and at critical times to inspect the previous day’s progress, address any questions or concerns I had and summarize what progress should happen that day. I felt very involved in the process. He had estimated that the kitchen would take about 3-4 weeks to complete once they got started. They complete the work in 3.5 weeks, right on time. The team doing the work was very professional, took pride in their work and did an excellent job! Especially the painter that refinished the cabinets and correctly matched the stain color I was looking for. The team completely transformed the look of them and I get the most compliments on how they look. I would confidently recommend Star Home Remodeling and would work with them again on my next remodeling project!

We recently had our entire kitchen torn out to the bare walls and completely redone with new cabinets, floors, granite, backsplash, lighting, appliances and the fireplace. We didn't know where or how to get started and talked about it for year and finally came across Tile & Stone Design Center. We went in and looked around talking with John. He said just put a flag in the ground and pick 1 thing and then build from there. We did and it worked and off we went. We contracted with Tile & Stone Design center and John and Stefano helped us every step of the way, providing places to go look at granite, tile, backsplashes, etc. Once the project began, Stefano engaged completely and told us up front exactly what to expect. He said 1 month and it was 1 month. He listened to his team and they listened to him to ensure we were getting what we wanted. I was impressed by Adolfo and the pride he took in his work and making sure it looked great and is what I had envisioned. I was very happy in the quality and the performance and would use them again if we remodel a bathroom or whatever. Before and After pictures included here.

Did a $15k+ remodel to kitchen including new floor, ceiling (water damage) repair, new lighting, ducted range hood, replaced oven and backsplash, then paint throughout, incl. inside & outside of all cabinets. A new cabinet was also added (to the side of these pics). The workers were clean, courteous & craftsmen at their trades. Job was completed to our 100% satisfaction on budget and exactly on time. We highly recommend Stefano & Star Home Remodeling.

We were so pleased with our master bath remodel! Stefano and his crews showed up when scheduled, corrected problems quickly, and cleaned up after themselves so well! Everyone was kind and professional, and Stefano was so good about telling us what to expect. We recommend them highly!

We just remodeled our master bathroom which was a bit of a project. We practically gutted the entire room, removing a sunken bathtub, creating a grand shower in its place, and built a water closet where the old shower was. Star Home Remodeling in Plano, did a great job! Stefano was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and very helpful with selecting materials, and designing our bathroom. Best part- never any pressure. I highly recommend Star Home Remodeling!

We have used Stefano at Tile & Stone for two major remodel projects at our home during the past several years. A few years ago Stefano's team remodeled our kitchen. Of course with any project there were challenges and on a couple of occasions when things did not go as planned, Stefano "owned it" and made sure it was changed to our liking. We recently contracted again with Stefano for a major bath remodel, we got several quotes and because of our good experience with the kitchen remodel we again chose Stefano for this project. I was pleasantly surprised to see the same core team members, Armando and Adolfo who did our kitchen years earlier on this new bathroom project. I think it speaks volumes that Tile & Stone has maintained these hard working skilled professionals. These two gentlemen worked extremely hard and were respective of our house and did their best to minimize the inconvenience of having a major remodel done while living in the residence.

Stefano remodeled our 30 year old master bathroom. He had great design advice and was very customer focused. His pricing was very fair, he kept the project moving forward, and he brought in skilled tradesmen. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. Thank you Stefano!

Star Home Remodeling completely renovated our master bathroom from floor to ceiling, and it really feels like an at-home spa now. We are so grateful to Stefano for helping us realize this long-envisioned project, while also respecting our budget and timeline. His commitment to quality concepts, design, materials and especially customer care is simply unparalleled. We could not be more thrilled about how everything came together!

Just completed a Master bathroom remodel and my wife and I are very pleased with the outcome. The team was very professional and the work is of the highest quality. Stefano is a very detailed oriented perfectionist which suited me just fine. I highly recommend them if your are looking for a good quality contractor for your next project.

We just finished our major home renovation with Star Home Remodeling. We are so pleased and happy with the final outcome. Stefano was very easy to work with, being always available when we need to discuss something to him regarding our renovation. He listens to our ideas and concerns and gives us advise or work with what we are expecting. Will definitely hire him again for our next home renovation projects. We highly recommend Star Home Remodeling.
