Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

NovaStar installed our patio, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe, and the team made sure everything was done right. Their professionalism and commitment to delivering a quality product made the whole process stress-free.

Thanks Ben for always being quick to get your services out to us. We have used him for our flips, rentals, and personal properties. Always the quickest to respond, makes my life easier!

NovaStar Construction transformed our outdated bathroom into a modern and functional space. The team was incredibly professional, kept us informed throughout the process, and finished the project on time. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail, and the final result exceeded our expectations.

Novastar was the best contractor I worked with. I had many horrible experiences when we moved to Dallas he did not disappoint. He was actually on time and on top of his people. Listened to the things that I wanted instead of saying ok and not doing it. He did not skimp out on quality. Had great design ideas and I love all the updates in our home. Definitely recommend to family and friends

Michael managed our roof replacement perfectly. He and the team finished on time, stayed within budget, and kept everything hassle-free. The new roof looks great, and we’re very happy with the results!

I can’t believe this is my kitchen now! Novastar took my old, outdated kitchen and turned it into a dream space. Adam worked with us to design the layout, and their team knocked it out of the park. The new cabinets, countertops, and lighting make the whole space feel bigger and brighter. Plus, they kept everything on schedule, which is rare for a remodel. We’ve already had a bunch of friends over, and everyone keeps asking who did the work.

Did a great job for us installing a concrete at our Back yard. Was done in 2 days to our 100% satisfaction

Vitaly did a great service fixing the leak. I was bad enough it involved ripping up the upstairs subfloor and the drywall below. He sent videos of progress and make sure the project was on time. A great job

Great service and very accommodating. Quick work while keeping area clean. Would recommend and use again

Just had our deck remodeled by Novastar Construction, and we’re really happy with the results. Adam, the project manager, was great—super straightforward and kept us in the loop the whole way. He knew his stuff and made sure everything stayed on track and on time. The deck looks fantastic, and it’s exactly what we were hoping for. If you’re thinking about updating your outdoor space, I’d definitely recommend working the Novastar team.

Ben and the team at Novastar Construction knocked out a project in my office in record time. They took care of everything, from supplies to labor, and worked hard with no downtime. They also kept me updated throughout the process. Great work at a fair price!

REALLY grateful for the experience we had with Ben and his team. We had older doors upstairs that started to leak when it rained, and they completely replaces them and made them look like they were the original doors. Ben was great with communication, followed through with his word, and we are planning to use this company for future projects.

Extraordinary company. From the first phone call, to the very end when the project was completed, Ben and his contractors took exceptional care of every detail. This company provides professional painters. Not guys that occasionally paint. The prep was masterful, and I watched Michael painstakingly mask, fix cracks, sand, and caulk seams before any painting ever began. You would think that would be standard when you have a new door painted, but it turns out it's just not. I had previously hired who I thought was a professional painter, and when he didn't mask my beautiful new hinges, and didn't remove any of the door hardware, and didn't even lay down any plastic on the wood floor, and then started using a brush instead of spraying, I had to stop that person in their tracks and invite them to leave my house. This will not be your experience with Novastar . And when have you ever had contractors show up on time? Ben would call when he was on his way, arrived promptly, followed up - it's really quite refreshing to see this kind of service and quality craftsmanship. Recommend HIGHLY.

Novastar Construction did an amazing job replacing the flooring in our home! They helped us pick the perfect material for our space and worked to get the job done without cutting corners. The new floors look stunning. They cleaned up everything afterward, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend Novastar if you're looking for quality work and great service!

Having done a few projects, one of the issues we always had was an excellent and friendly sales pitch by the project manager/owner but a shoddy Job by the subcontractors hired.

This was the first time we noticed that the pitch was as good as the work done by the sub contractors hired. Ben (owner of Novastar Constructions) right from the start was very easy to deal with, transparent and clear about what can or cannot be done. The work started exactly when it was promised and was complete on budget. Ben and his sub contractors were very considerate of our young family and did all they could (include work through the weekend) to get the job done sooner.

I would highly recommend Ben and Novastar Constructions. Thank you Ben for your time and effort with the projects. Hopefully we can get to Phase 2 soon.

Finally, a construction company I enjoyed working with and was able to trust. After being screwed by not one, but two contractors. Ben came in to the picture and saved me, he was amazing and did everything he needed to do and more! I will give them my next project with my eyes closed!!

We asked Novastar Construction to do our master bathroom remodel. Even from our first meeting with Ben, we knew they were the one to do the job. Ben's enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve the look we imagined was what sold us. Every step of the project went smoothly with good communication. All the workers which came to our home were skilled craftsmen and professional in every way. We're very pleased with our new bath and would highly recommend Novastar Construction.

We’re doing some remodeling to our house, so I’ve meet with a lot of contractors. Adam was helpful, knowledgeable and his prices were really great. Most enjoyable is the brickwork they did around our fireplace, which is all the way up past 20 feet to our ceiling. I will definitely use him for our next project!!

Very professional, friendly and helpful lead sales person. Excellent and timely follow up. Great and seamless install that was done faster than we expected. Best price as well!! Highly recommend!!!

NovaStar Construction recently completed a pergola project for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results! the team was professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. The design perfectly complements our backyard, We were impressed with the high-quality and the quick turnaround time. If you're looking to enhance your outdoor space, Novastar is the way to go!

Ben is awesome! His team built a shed for us from scratch! He tailored the shed to our specific needs, worked with the city to get permits, and was always available to talk and edit as needed. They kept me informed every step of the way and was very easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend!
