I highly recommend All Dry Services if you ever need water remediation! I contacted Lee Jones and his crew responded quickly and efficiently. It was a rather big project and Lee and Erin jumped though many hoops to provide incredible customer service and support! I was also pleased that the crew called before they arrived and always kept to their schedule and I was amazed at how polite and professional the crew is and how well they clean up after themselves. I am a very satisfied customer!

I cannot say enough about Lee and the All Dry team! We had a roof leak that caused water damage and mold in a section of the house, and from start to finish we were very satisfied with All Dry. Lee came out promptly and gave us an estimate based on our mold inspector's protocol. They started the work quickly- every worker was friendly, professional and showed up on time every day (and it was a LONG job!).

I would not hesitate to use them again for any remediation jobs in the future. If you have water damage or mold, definitely give All Dry a call- you won't regret it.

Lee and Bud were both great to work with. Good communication, stuck with timeline they gave us, reasonable pricing compared to other quotes, kept everything as intact as possible and saved unaffected cabinet pieces so we could more affordably rebuild after remediation. I felt safe giving them access to my home when I couldn’t be there and they cleaned up nicely afterward. No complaints

Novastar did my whole bedroom in one day! They floated the floor and laid the planks all before 6:30 PM! They cleaned everything up and the floor was spotless with no blemishes.

I set up a free estimate, and Ben came to the house. He started off by saying that the concrete flooring was still wet, and that he could call his own mitigation people out to take a look. This was a strange thing to say, considering I JUST had Servpro take their equipment away the same day, and they are an incredibly large and reputable company. I declined his offer, saying I would speak with my mitigation company first.

At the end, he suggested again he call his mitigation company. I finally asked who it was, and lo and behold! It is Your Home Expert/Restoration Experts, which was the company that completely took advantage of me last year! I knew there was something fishy, when he kept pushing me to call out another company and asking for the insurance estimate.

I have a review on all platforms about my experience with YHE/ER. They are a slimy company that takes advantage of people in distress. Any company that recommends them should be ashamed of themselves. By association, they must also be in the business to make money, not take care of people. They even use the exact same estimate/document platform (joistapp).

To tie it all together, the estimate from Novastar came in at over $8,000 (NOT including materials), whereas the FOUR other quotes I requested all fell within $3-5000.
