It was a big job, and they completed it professionally, friendly, timely, with great attention to every little detail. Stefano himself was an absolute pleasure to work with. Stefano and his team are amazing to work with! He was the only contractor who listened to what I really wanted and was willing to get creative to give me the bathroom of our dreams. We completed nearly a full home remodel with his team that included: Replacing carpets and laminate with tile look hardwood, painting wood paneling, replacing hardy board with drywall, de-popcorning several rooms, filling the sunken living room, painting, new lightning, complete gut and reconfiguring of master bathroom/closet, and gut of guest bathroom. Overall we had the team working on our home for over 2 months so I feel very confident in recommending Star Home Remodeling.

He was easy to work with and took great pride in managing the project and making sure our home was respected and worked on properly. When any question did arise, he was quick to jump in and help.

If you need help with mold or a flood, Lee is your guy! I cannot express how impressed I have been with him following up the way he does. Communication is always very clear and he lets you know step by step what will be happening. We had mold in our clinic and come to find out the source is coming from our neighboring business next to us. Lee went above and beyond talking to our building management, the regional manager for the business next door trying to keep this process flowing because I cannot install all my cabinets and walls until the neighbor fixes there side. All Dry also submits to the insurance for us. I have had to send over invoices and estimates for several different people during this process and All Dry takes some of that added stress off of me. Honestly, this is one of the best interactions I have ever had with a company who came out to service our clinic. Actually let me rephrase that, Alldry hands down has been the best company to provide me a service here at our clinic. His staff, his referrals for the rest of the project are all top notch guys and believe in the same superior service as Lee.

Lee Jones and the guys from All Dry did an amazing job rescuing my house from leaking water heater and water emergency! They got to my house quickly and efficiently did everything they could to take away all the flooded water, then dry all carpet, floors, beneath baseboards, and all affected areas. They even helped communicate with the emergency plumber I hired to stop the water leak from the water heater from more flooding. I appreciate Lee and Scott hand holding me through this water nightmare and the special personal attention they devoted through all the details to get to the success of no water, no mold, and no further damage. I was in sheer panic, and they were calm, caring, professional, and thorough, helping to minimize my stress level and disruption to my working remotely from my home office. I cannot express the gratitude I have to Lee Jones and All Dry for their spectacular work and positive attitude!

Had an electrical fire at my dental practice and smoke was entering through the AC vents. Called All Dry Services of North Dallas and spoke with the Owner/GM directly. He was able to get a crew out within a few hours to make the office operational for the team and patients to be present the next day! I was impressed with their professionalism, their timeliness, and open communication about what needed to be done as well as upfront costs. Wonderful company! Diagnosed the problem quickly, and got started with repairs right away. We noticed a water stain on our garage ceiling and they cleared all of the bad drywall and insulation. They then thoroughly dried and sterilized any potential spores and repaired the area. They were on time and very courteous.

Lee and his team at All Dry were incredible! They communicated the progress on a daily basis and were very informative. They did a great job of removing all the mold in the house. I would recommend All Pro to any friend or family member.
