In this summer heat we needed somebody to maintain our 3 AC units. Dream AC and Heating were prompt and sent somebody right away.

In their visit they were polite a courteous but overlooked a few things. I called them and they sent someone the very next day they not only re did the entire maintenance but also did a repair work for free which they were not obligated to.

People make mistakes but this company owned it and they made it right and went above and beyond by doing a complimentary service which they could made money on

We called Dream Air Conditioning and Heating to get a second opinion on repairs that were recommended by another air conditioning company. We agreed that the best option was to replace the HVAC unit. Matt and his team of installers were out the next week to replace the unit including a Nest thermostat with sensors. The team from Dream was professional and courteous and did a great job with the install. We are very pleased with our new unit and the money we saved when compared to the estimate we got from our long-time HVAC service company. I'd recommend Dream for HVAC replacement and service.

Matt at DREAM AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING was an absolute godsend!

Our thermostat had died on us weeks ago and we foolishly thought we could handle the Plano cold. This was not the “Great storm of 2021”, but I guess we are lightweights!

After searching everywhere for a Lennox thermostat replacement, at the advice of the Lennox parts supplier, and searching for a Lennox Specialist, I gave up and searched for the closest repairman. We’re so lucky that we found DREAM. Matt quickly:

2. Scheduled an “exploratory” visit & showed up on time!
3. Gave us our options & did not oversell
4. Performed the repair AND

After looking over things he recommended a new coil and it was installed a few days later. Dream AC installed a complete new system, A/C and furnace, in my home. Matt added another return as part of his service to increase and maximize airflow. They also picked my ductwork up off my attic floor to maximize airflow--not something I even realized needed to be done. They were detailed and diligent and cleaned up meticulously after the job was done. Matt was very responsive and answered every question I had. He and his team are personable and professional. Matt gave me a much better price than other estimates and they did top notch, quality work. I would highly recommend Dream A/C and Heating.

Matt has been our AC guy for 8+ years. We sought him out when he finally went indy and couldn't be happier for him and his team! He has been maintaining our 17 year old HVAC and we finally decided to replace it. He made time for us the very next day and his team was very professional and thorough. They showed up on time, worked tirelessly thru the afternoon and cleaned up everything as if they hadn't been there. The unit they installed is night and day compared to our old unit. Matt and his team are as responsive and honest as they come. They tried to help salvage an old condenser of ours multiple times during off hours and then were able to replace it next day after it broke down for good. Look no further if you’re in need of an HVAC company.

Matt is the absolute best! The first time I used him I was without working air conditioning on a weekend in the summer. He came to help me within the next hour and immediately fixed the problem with a part he already had in his truck. His pricing is so reasonable (even on a weekend) and his quick response to calls is always appreciated. We use him for our bi-annual maintenance & cleaning and just had him fix ductwork that had been detached from our vents by our general contractor. He is responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and just an all around great guy - you can feel good about supporting local business!

Matt came out same day in the evening, spent about 2+ hours working through the issues we had and discovered multi issues that other AC companies missed and overlooked.
