Matt and Eli are wonderful. I finally found an AC company I can trust. They are personable, responsive, knowledgeable, honest, reliable and all of that with fair pricing! So happy a friend referred them to me. (They dont ask for reviews, I just felt compelled to give them one).

Matt has come out several times before and came out today to look at my ac what was not blowing air. Talking to him is like talking to a buddy you've known for awhile. He won't sell you anything that you don't need. I'll call him the next time I need ac service / repair and will definitely refer him to others. No, I did not receive any form of compensation for this review.

Matt was quick, courteous, professional and thorough when identifying our refrigerant leak. He gave us options on how to move forward that were honest and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Matt and his team to anyone needing AC repair.

Hands down the best AC company I’ve used to date. They are honest, quick and quality. They completely removed our old system snd put in a new one. The workmanship was on point. The workers were clean and courteous. They didn’t leave any mess behind either. Everything was done yo perfection. They had to install another air return vent and it was professionally done. 10/10 would use again.

If you need anything AC-related (in my case it was a new system), save yourself some time and go with Dream. There is no need to search around (believe me, I’ve had some bad times with those other companies before). Beyond the fair pricing, the most reassuring thing was knowing that the job would get done correctly. Everything is immaculate. The Dream Team came out and replaced 2 entire HVAC units. The quality and attention to detail was certainly noticed. I was given an estimate and it was honored in full and then some. I pulled estimates and talked with other HVAC companies but Matt and his team were on point on what exactly needed to be done. I had special requests on a unit relocation and they were able to handle it all. If you're looking for people who take pride in their work then hire the Dream Team. I enjoy talking to people who have a passion for their profession. I felt like Matt and his team were more concerned about doing an amazing job than how to itemize and bill me.

Matt and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very professional, detail-oriented, and clearly knew what they were doing. They carefully measured airflow throughout the house, installed two new plenum boxes with properly set dampers, and added two Ecobee thermostats.

The result is a huge improvement in air distribution—each room now gets the airflow it actually needs, and overall comfort is dramatically better. You can tell they didn’t just “install and leave,” but really took the time to balance the system correctly.

If you’re looking for an HVAC contractor who focuses on performance and quality, not shortcuts, Matt is the right person to call.

I highly recommend 1st Class Heat and Air. It started 5 months ago in October, when they came out to check my A/C that crippled during a heat wave.

Their response was same day, when other A/C companies said it would be a few days before they could come out to look at it.

1st Class Air fixed my issue and got us cooled down.

So when it was the end of the road for that A/C unit, our ONLY thought was to use 1st Class Air. They came out and assessed what we needed and they had our unit replaced... fast!

My AC went out on a Friday night. I contacted 1st Class Saturday morning, since the company who installed my AC 3 years ago went out of business, and they sent out John Dutil who arrived a few hours later. Within 30 minutes he had my AC working again. John was so professional, personable and informative. From now on, 1st Class will be my only AC company.

I don't like giving negative reviews as I know there are real people on the other end trying to make a living.

But today's experience was off the charts... my a/c unit broke today. I called this company and they were able to get a tech out in 30 mins (which I appreciated).

Their tech Chris arrived and took a look at the unit.
He came back and said it would cost me "$749 even" to fix it.

In a state of sticker shock, I asked for a price breakdown. He said the capacitor was broken. And I needed a compressor starter kit. And service charge. I asked him for the part's name to see if they would price match. He visibly looked upset.

At this point, he mumbled something, slammed my front door on me and left. I didn't know what had happened.

He returned a few minutes later upset and impatient barely able to hold a conversation. I shared my surprise at his reaction to my earlier question. He did not acknowledge it. He proceeded to say that "the conversation was over" and just left.

Needless to say, but I got my a/c unit fixed with another company.

I am not an expert at a/c units. So, I ask questions to learn. If I can learn, then I can make better choices to do what is right for me.

Rude. Unprofessional. Upsetting experience. That was my impression and experience with this company.

My AC went out at 2am (of course), and out of the numerous companies that I contacted for repair help,1st Class Heat and Air was able to send someone out within 6 hours of receiving my call (non emergency!). Chris Miller was courteous and respectful, and answered/ put up and with all of my inquiries without delay. I told Chris that 1st Class Heat and Air was my AC go-to from now on. I would highly recommend this company from today’s experience.

Aaron B. got here on time and was very efficient. I especially appreciate his explanation of the issue, and quick fix. I feel good about the service, and we talked about what my needs will be when the time does come for replacement. 1st Class will be my service provider going forward!

My system didn’t feel like it was working so I look around reading reviews and kept seeing Aaron’s name in all the reviews. I called first class to have them come check out my unit. Thank god they sent Aaron. Talk about a professional. He was on time and very polite. He talked me through the entire process. When he did find some problems he came straight tight to me. Gave me the pros and cons of repairing the system. He didn’t try to sale anything. He gave me the solutions. I said yes he got straight to work. He had me fixed up in no time. No pressure and full understanding. From here on out Aaron is my guy. He is the one to ask for. 5star for 1st class and 10 starts for Aaron.
