We have been having ongoing issues with our HVAC ever since moving into our house back in 2023. We were told that it was a "newer" system that had been installed in 2016. We had multiple companies come out to try to diagnose the problem; however, many would just tell us that the system was running fine and not offer a solution. We were referred to Dipson by a friend and he came out the same day we called. He found that we had an undersized system, as well as offered solutions for the humidity problems we had been experiencing. He quickly provided a quote for the new system and was very patient with our follow up questions. His team was exceptional when installing the new system and we are already feeling the difference. My Air Condition finally went out in my modest 1800 sq ft house after 11 years. My compressor was shot, and the coils were ok but were on their last leg. Major corrosion was visible and had maybe 2 good hot summers before it went.
Dipson Air Conditioning went over my options from the least expensive to what was needed and what would be considered better. They deal in Trane A/C units, which was a big plus.
Dipson Air Conditioning quoted me a price for a 4 ton 14 Seer Trane compressor and coil.
I was more than happy with the quote and decided to go with a 15 Seer unit since the price was more than fair to start with. On the day of installation, they contacted me and gave an estimate of when they said they would arrive, which was nice. They arrived on time. His crew was professional and technical knowledgeable and was able to remove the old unit and install the new A/C in one day. Over the years as a home owner, I had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers, electricians, and A/C people. Dipson gave me my faith back that there are people who still love what they do, are passionate, and treat customers kindly and fairly. They are a local family business that can provide all your air conditioning needs. Please use them. You will be pleasantly surprised when comparing quotes, service, and execution that they stand beyond and above others.

Excellent service and response! They were here performing work for the building (high rise) and were able to come take of the plumbing problem in my unit while they were out!

I’m with a lot of these other people that are sending in reviews that say these guys are a rip off! If it was possible to give a zero star I would. I’m usually not one to write reviews. I pleaded on how important it was for their service because we had standing sewer in our kitchen. Let me just tell you these people do not care!

Wow; talk about a joke company. I scheduled an appointment. The tech came out on a Friday and Spent 45 minutes to an hour at my house. He said he would send me a quote on Monday. On Monday, no quote. I called him on Wednesday. He said the estimator was supposed to send it and he would get back with me. Nothing by Friday. I called on Friday—he was short and said “we don’t do residential.”

I called to complain. Never heard back. I called again and was told a manager would call me back. The hvac service manager did—and he said the employee was new…no excuse. He said “we do residential and the estimator will call you back today and we will get you taken care of.” A few minutes later , the estimator called back and said “we don’t do residential…unless you’re a high rise.” What a bunch of clowns. Stay away from this company.

These guys are incredible! I was told by multiple companies to replace my entire a/c in my loft downtown dallas. They came by and in 45 minutes cleaned out all the lines and im back in business. My tenant had just moved in so it was stressful when it went out. Both management and the technician really knew their stuff!

Don't trust this company. The worker told me that he needed to charge me from the moment he got the call to come to my job. He also stated that I needed to pay for the time it took him to get cleaning fluid to clean the system. Which took him an hour and a half. Lastly he told me that if I replaced my unit it would cost about $20,000. Just got a bid for $9,200. Don't trust this company.
