Update. Tex-Ac & Heating recently installed a mini split A/C system in my garage. This summer, projects in the garage will be significantly cooler. They did an exceptional job. The installers were punctual and professional. I intend to utilize their services again.

Tex-AC had a brand new HVAC installed, additional ductwork and returns added, and came in about $10k under what other places (🥓🥓) estimated. The crew was awesome and friendly and it was all done within a day. Amazing experience, we're very happy!

7/30/2025 driver driving unsafe in Coppell

I had them out to do a diagnostic which I was told on the phone it would be $125. The worker was there not very long, used some tape to help with a break in a vent which I personally feel very unsafe with and will be calling somebody else out to check it. It was not repaired properly. Then when he closed out and I went to pay it was something crazy like $256. HE DID NOT EVEN BRING IN HIS OWN LADDER! I am a woman and I had to set up a ladder that was 12' tall that I owned. I argued that I would not pay the amount he requested. The owner called and talked him through the situation while standing in my office airing their internal office miscommunications. Not a great experience.
