Tommie was amazing took care of us from the beginning of the process of checking on the broken down AC to the end after his installers left. We felt very taken care of. The installers were fast and clean. I have little ones and it didn’t feel like I had workers in my home. Efficient, had booties on the whole time. And! The new AC unit looks amazing! finally our rooms are cooling perfectly!

Tommy is amazing! Super nice and super helpful. Came out to install a new thermostat for me on late notice when it was about to start getting really cold one night. He then helped me on another occasion to fix my heater unit so that it would stop shutting off randomly. He showed me how my unit works and what was causing it. He has good prices and he also really cares about helping fix the problem besides up selling. He will answer your questions and even FaceTime you with your concern to see what’s going on. I couldn’t recommend Tommy more!

A relative of mine recommended Tommy after I had a bad experience with another HVAC guy. The last guy messed something up in my AC unit and then gave me a $600 quote to fix it. As soon as I called Tommy, he was helping me to navigate the insurance company and figure out what the last HVAC guy did. Then he came over and fixed the unit himself. (Turns out it was just a clogged drain, definitely not worth $600) Tommy has definitely earned my trust. He is knowledgeable, has integrity, and cares about being transparent and fighting for his customers. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he will be my new go to!

Everyone else tries to force us to purchase a new unit. Tommy and Daniel go above and beyond to meet your needs and the prices are extremely reasonable. I really appreciate that both gentlemen explain the repair process to you, the reason for each repair, and the part names. Plus they are not condescending when a woman wants to see the process. PLEASE READ: Here’s a true story that you will love. I flew into Dallas before the winter storm and record cold arrived to help with a friend’s house. He’s a veteran who is very ill. The heating went out and he barely stayed warm with a space heater. I called around to at least 5 HVAC companies and left messages. All highly rated and none of them returned my calls.
