Explained the don’t fix, buy new because the refrigerant is changing scam another company tried to do when it came out for my annual maintenance appointment. They repaired my systems and working great in the weeks long frozen temps.

George, A/C Technician is great! So, very detailed on the HVAC system maintenance. I chose the maintenance agreement. You can’t go wrong with yearly maintenance. And, the owner Daniel is very knowledegable and respectful. You cannot go wrong with making Spire Heating and Air your first choice for any HVAC issues.

Daniel was very honest and took a lot of time to explain everything. He gave us different options that were MUCH more cost effective than any other company we had out. Highly recommend!

I have used Spire for my primary residence as well as a rental property I own and they have been great. They are very flexible with scheduling the time and Daniel is very up front and honest with his prices. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is having HVAC issues or needs a new unit.

Absolutely Wonderful! 5 stars is not enough for this company. Daniel and Josh both took the time to explain what needed to be done and what caused the issue in the first place. When Josh came out and saw that we had no heat in the coldest part of the season, he went and got an emergency heat pump and put it in until the part came in so that we would have heat. They are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I'm so happy that I found them and will continue to use them in the future.

Fantastic experience. George came on the weekend with a fantastic attitude and fixed us right up. He explained what had happened and what to look for in the future, so I (A/C lay person) could understand. 10/10 highly recommend.

George did the bi-annual maintenance for me today and was very thorough and detailed. He wrote up some recommendations for future add-ons that would help both allergies and lifespan of the units. Explained it all in good detail and delivered terrific customer service!

I was needing someone to come repair my AC. I posted on a bulletin board for my condominium looking for recommendations. I received 5-6 responses recommending Spire Heating and Air. They were fantastic. George came out and repaired my AC in under an hour. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be recommending and using Spire heating and air for a good while now.

Spire heating and air conditioning is a company you can trust. George the service Technician was amazing. He explained everything to me even taking pictures of his work and the problem. This company is upfront and also affordable. I know a lot about AC systems so I kinda knew what the problem could be and at end of George’s diagnostic he was upfront what he found and it was what I expected. So no mark up or gouging or lies about you need to replace this or system is too old. This is very reliable and trustworthy service. I trust them so much I got their maintenance package.
