We called & they had a tech at our house in 20 minutes. I’m a detail guy so the tech(George) was willing to let me follow him around & learn. George was great! He was professional, he explained everything & had us up & running in an hour. Highly recommend these guys & we’re now on their biannual service schedule.

George did a phenomenal job of getting my AC back up and running quickly. His customer service skills are outstanding, which I find to be rare these days. He also went out of his way to share his knowledge on how I can properly maintain my AC system to prevent future issues.

George was fantastic. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I called Spire because my downstairs unit was not cooling and within 10 minutes of diagnosing. George was able to figure out. It was a bad capacitor. He showed up on time, was professionally dressed, and was super helpful. I signed up for their yearly plan so that I can have two visits per year. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience using Spire. Our ac stopped working and Daniel got someone out quickly. He also helpfully advised me to turn the unit off to avoid further damage. The technician George got my unit fixed fast and was very informative with suggestions on maintaining it. The cost was less than I expected and I felt like they were honest and trustworthy. I scheduled a routine heating system check. The technician was friendly and incredibly detailed. He made sure every part of the unit was working perfectly. I felt much safer.

We were referred to TemperaturePro from our neighbors. Our techs were John & Brandon. Both were great! John was our first tech. He was able to diagnose our problem immediately after 3-4 tries with our home warranty company. Unfortunately, we had another separate issue arise later same day/evening and Brandon came out to service our unit again the next day around 4pm. Amazing turnaround and both were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend this company if you are having unit issues or have an older home. We are very pleased with their service so far and will plan to join their membership program.
