Update 07/09/25: We just had Martin out to do a routine check on our A/C unit! He was phenomenally helpful and super efficient (as every TempPro technician has been) 🤗

We had a follow-up visit (just a maintenance check) from TemperaturePro today and they were awesome! Mo and Ethan were kind, did their jobs efficiently and effectively, and were so kind as to clean up after they finished and leave our house better than they found it!

Our first visit was a wonderful experience as well — I realized I never left a review… John was our technician that came to our rescue when our heat went out last winter. He was as professional and as proficient as they come! I also have to brag on his kindness and tidiness too :)

We are grateful for TemperaturePro and will definitely use them again in the future!

Once again I cannot brag enough on the service from Temperature Pro Dallas. Darius was here for the spring check up. Professional and courteous. Right on time. Efficient. Other companies should use TPD and its employees as the standard for doing business. Highly recommend.

I’ve used TemperaturePro several times and am always satisfied with the quality of the work performed. I’ve worked with several of their technicians and all are extremely professional and informative. Also, they have always been prompt and responsive when I have had emergency type situations (No AC). I highly recommend.

Eric was wonderful! He fixed my A/C & was so kind to not be bothered by my three nosy dogs. He went the extra mile by going to home depot to purchase a new thermostat system so that

Very disappointed in there quality of service. I used this company for 3 years for commercial HVAC needs and they refused to warranty their work. I contacted two other companies for 2nd and 3rd opinions and both companies verified we had a crack drain pan that was previously replaced by Temperature Pro. I spoke to the owner Mark about the issue and he said the drain pan only had a one year warranty (that was never disclosed when selling us the drain pan) and I should hire one of the companies who provided the 2nd and 3rd quote to replace the drain pan vs fixing the drain pan they put in / warranty their work. I pulled all 7 accounts I had with them and will no longer work Temperature Pro.

Temperature Pro Price structure has changed and is now way too expensive. $100/- trip charge, $150/- diagnostics charge, $450/- for a Damper replacement etc. However, their service technician Darius is very professional and skillful. He is a 5* technician.

Eric did an awesome and fast job, took lots of pictures to explain the situation and did a good job telling us what’s worth really worrying about and what’s not at our inspection. I liked that they were able to get someone out on the same day and dispatch did a great job at communicating . 10/10!

Temp Pro worked me in asap! So grateful. It’s 100 degrees outside and I panicked when my ac was out! My technician, Moe has been out to my house before and he went above and beyond. If I could only request one person, it would be him. Super professional and thorough. Five stars! Thank you again!

Moe was absolutely fantastic. He came quick and resolved the issue so my pregnant wife got AC again! Price was reasonable and he provided me with tons of information. Told my wife to stop turning it down to 66 in the middle of summer! Thank you Moe!

Moe Obaid did a fantastic job. He came within a few hours of our scheduling an appointment with the dispatcher. He isolated the problem and told us what we did not want hear - a small leak in the system which would mean replacing it soon. He suggested some alternatives that could carry us a little longer while we consider our financial options. We chose one of those knowing that we will need to place our HVAC in the near future, but it gave us some breathing time. We appreciate Moe's professionalism and how he represented TemperatureProDallas. We highly recommend Moe and the company!

Update- had yet another great maintenance visit with their tech , Darius . He was extremely thorough and was not trying to upsell me in any way for things I did not need. Highly recommend.

Had THE Best technician service experience with Eric F. He was extremely informative, friendly, and the pricing was fair. I joined their membership program, felt it was a great deal. If you ever need your AC repaired or replaced, I would call this company and ask for Eric. I wish all service technicians could take pointers from him.

As usual, TemperaturePro is always on time, always thorough, and always gets to the bottom of the issue quickly. I’ve worked with Darius a few times, and Mo a couple of times, both technicians are stellar. I highly recommend this company!

Darius deserves to be called “Pro”! He is knowledgeable, skillful, articulate, cordial, instructive, and patient. He took time to answer every question I had until I understood. I called TemperaturePro mid-afternoon and they dispatched a technician within 2 hours. Communication was top notch throughout. Moe is always a very professional & expert technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our condenser, cleaned the unit thoroughly and conducted a full diagnostic checkup of our system. Moe gave us tips about how to keep our system running well throughout the summer season. We will always use TemperaturePro for our HVAC needs!
