We’ve been procrastinating at getting our ACs looked at with the unseasonably cooler weather, but I finally got organized and scheduled quickly when calling Tiffany. Many friends recommended Scott and Temperature Pro and after our service from Moe, we can understand why!! He was on time and texted to let us know when he was on the way. Explained to my husband what he found and how best to address. He will follow up with us on our warranty service and was courteous and friendly. We felt completely confident in his expertise and would recommend highly!

Darius from TemperaturePro provided outstanding service during his recent visit to my home. He thoroughly inspected my HVAC system and expertly assessed my needs. He gave me a clear, detailed estimate for adding a larger supply duct to the unit and a separate estimate for installing a 100-pint dehumidifier.

We just moved into this home and needed a fall furnace check-up and called TemperaturePro. Every part of the experience was pleasant from my initial phone call to when technician stepped into our home. Had Temperature Pro come out as my heating unit was not coming on. Technician very nice and friendly and within a couple of minutes was able to say it was my thermostat. Call out fee $147
Thermostat a Honeywell T4 was $360 and then gave me a 10% discount. Actual cost of thermostat $70.39. Now I understand mark ups but seriously this goes way beyond, extremely disappointing knowing you are in a vulnerable position needing the replacement and therefore taking extreme advantage of situation

TemperaturePro is outstanding! Alec was prompt, very thorough, and polite. He explained everything and even left a folder with notes about his findings. I’ve used TemperaturePro since I moved into my house and their customer service and technicians are always stellar.

The Tempurature Pro team was amazing. From start to finish Darius was on top of it. We had one little glitch and Darius was out on x Monday to fix it! Great job guys! Thanks!!!

Where do I start? From day one of the initial install of our three HVAC systems, Moe has been fantastic. That's why I always ask for him to perform the winter and summer service checkups. Temperature Pro Dallas/Richardson has a good man on their team. Because of Moe's knowledge and customer service skills, we will continue to use Temperature Pro for many years to come. We will also post the great service that Temperature Pro provides on other mediums... Again, thank you so much Moe!!!

Darius was prompt and efficiently effective in his assessment of the issues and the repair needed. He had to go get the part and come back and did it in a timely manner. Always polite and courteous, he’s made service calls to our home previously and I knew I could trust him to do a great job on this repair.

Absolutely amazing work from Alec. He came to check my HVAC motor which Milestone said was broken and it wasn’t. Honestly is something that was to be appreciated. TemperaturePro is my new go to company for my AC/Heating needs. Also got the membership for $250 which comes w/ 2 AC/Heating maintenance per yr. Go with this company for all your home needs!

Darius and Omar came to inspect and clean my system today and install the IAQ-3000. They were on time, courteous, polite, professional and had a great sense of humor. They explained the IAQ-3000 and answered all my questions. From Tiffany in the office to Moe who initially came out to give us an estimate, this has been a wonderful experience. I've already recommended them to my neighbor! Highly recommend!

Darius was very informative and responsive. I need a whole new system as ours is 19 years old and end of life. He is having your company provide an estimate. I was referred to him by a mutual friend in building trades.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They technician that came to us didn't give us a diagnostic nor even a correct assessment of the issue. As soon as I paid $322 that didn't even fix the problem, he left. Soon after, I realized he left some wires exposed so I called the company and asked them to send someone to fix the mess he left. The same technician came back visibly upset and with an attitude. Very rude! Unfortunately, I cannot give them a good review due to me loosing $300+ with them.
