Same day service, on a Sunday! I honestly didn’t even care that it was almost 9 pm by the time he was able to get here. After having no A/C for around 30 hours, when it’s over 100 degrees outside, Intense heat exhaustion set in. I’m not sure I would have been able to make it another night on an indoor tropical island. I don’t think the fur children could have, either. I can’t express how thankful I am to not have to suffer through another night! Pricing was great, service was great, everything was great! I will definitely be keeping this company on file for future issues!

Tech did job in a timely fashion. Professional and disclosed process the entire time. Cleaned up area when done and made sure repairs made worked. Both vents repaired are now fully functional.

If I could leave 0 stars for our experience I would! First and foremost they were suppose to show up on Aug 6th between 11-3 NOBODY SHOWED, husband calls them and they forgot about us and said they would be here at 8AM the following morning nobody showed! Then my husband messages because our calls aren’t answered and the guy says someone has been here already and that they would have our diagnostic Monday but nobody ever even came and we still had not paid the service fee. I have a baby who has health issues and they could care less! We called our home warranty company and had them flagged, and have a new company coming hopefully with better, more professional service

This company is awesome! They showed up on time, checked my system and found the source of my problem. They are honest, reliable, reasonable and trustworthy! I recommend them for all of your heating and air needs being commercial or residential. I am very satisfied with their services.

Tommy came out late at night and did an amazing job. He didn't have the right size part but he did a fix so I wasn't hot all not. Really nice guy and honest

Had Tommy come over today to repair the AC, we had Xtreme Air Services come in beforehand. Whilst repairing our AC Unit Tommy had discovered that the repairmen from Xtreme had cut the wire to our transformer which of course, would’ve made them more money knowing we have a 6 month old suffering in these conditions. If you want an honest, genuine company, please choose Air Source Mechanical. I am disgusted and disappointed with the services I received from Xtreme and will now be reporting them to HVAC licensing. If it weren’t for Tommy coming out today, we would’ve never known. God bless him, and his company. What separates these people from most is the empathy and honesty that is demonstrated from the men here. Thank you Air Source Mechanical, we will be using you from here on out.

Called ASM for my air conditioner not running properly. First time used this company. Tommy was my technician and I learned a lot from his first time visit. Not only was he knowledgeable , he was also professional. He took the time to open all my vents in my home to get more air by going on a ladder in each room and using a needle nose pliers to pull back on the vent slots. Wow, what a difference that made. All the years I have been with other companies, no one took the time to explain this or help out in any extra way like Tommy. Kudos to Tommy at air source mechanical, will be using this company from now on.

I'm adding an additional info to this review. Unfortunately my AC of 13 years could not be repaired any more without costing a ridiculous amount of money. Tommy installed a new AC unit last weekend. Tommy was my installer. He worked for 8 hours straight on installation which included reconfiguring the duct work in the attic for a properly running air flow return. This company did not try to sell me anything extra, they only cared about doing the job correctly. Thank you Aif Source Mechanical LLC.Keep up the good work Tommy!!

Tommy has worked on my unit a few times now and one thing I know is he'll be honest and thorough! I had another company come out for a quote over the summer and they left the gas vent and the panel to the coils off, putting my entire family in jeopardy with carbon monoxide escaping. When Tommy came out, he immediately noticed the problem, put everything back together, and had my heat back up and running in no time!

For years I had problems with my AC Unit after purchasing a 1999 house in 2015. Seemed every year in July I was spending lots of money to band-aid the problem, and I was worried that I would have to buy a new unit and was not able to afford it. Ac companies in Dallas were just coming out and never did more that fix a fuse or clean some coils, but not one of them wanted to repair it and just wanted to sell me a new unit.

With that said, a friend of mine who was in the commercial AC business for over 40 years recommended Air Source Mechanical LLC. It's been about 6 years now that they have not only repaired it, (new motor, etc.) but I have maintained a service contract with them ever since for routine summer/winter. Their techs were so smart, and figured out what I needed immediately. His knowledge of the unit was excellent, and everything has been running smoothly. When the tech left, they sent me another tech Tommy, and he is also excellent and has been maintaining the unit for about 3 years now. I like to have the same tech if possible because they know the unit, and I've been very happy with the new service tech and their service contract, "VIP Gold is the best contract that I ever had"! LOVE IT Air Source Mechanical LLC.

I can't Thank Air source Mechanical LLC enough for having good quality service techs. It really does pay to have a service contract so things keep running smoothly year after year. I'm still hanging in there, and hopefully the unit will make it through another summer in this Texas weather! :-)

Called Air Source for a quote on installing a new thermostat and spoke to Tommy the owner, he was very nice. He quoted me over the phone and we scheduled the appointment. He was on time and wearing PPE which was very much appreciated. He
installed it along with showing me the features.
