Tim and his crew are the absolute best! Our AC went out multiple times, and after dealing with a different company that seemingly refused to fix the issue…Tim came out personally, assessed the situation, and had us right as rain in no time!

Before Tex-AC came out, We had multiple occasions where our drain pan was overflowing, and causing water damage to our ceiling- apparently the other company couldn’t figure out why. Turns out they forgot to remove the drain plug! Craaaazy that in the 4 separate occasions we had this other company come out, they “couldn’t” figure that out…. Thousands of dollars later we still had issues and water coming through our ceiling. ONE visit from Tim and the issue was fixed immediately.

Texas Air and heating provided great service. Showed up on time, provided photos of the work done and updated us before leaving.

Tex-AC is truly the best HVAC company! Our house has had multiple issues since both units were replaced by another company 5-6 years ago. We've had drip pan issues, the HVAC not cooling often and so many more things over the last few years. Tim and his crew have been nothing but angels! They fixed every issue without fail and set us up on preventative maintenance to avoid further issues. Everything was reasonably priced and I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of us like some other companies have. In the past I've had to get multiple quotes but NOW its so nice to have a company I can actually trust. 10/10 recommend!

I was in a bad way when my ac went out. Everyone was quoting me an amount that was not only too high but way too high. Tex ac came out. Changed my system an an extremely fair price not trying to take advantage of me. And not only that if something was wrong they fixed it. Extremely professional and very good work. He fixed the problem and got us back in business. We were pleased how quickly they were able to get out to us and the customer service was excellent! We signed up for their membership so we can keep our system in great shape. I highly recommend using them for all your hvac needs!

Tex-Ac did a great job evaluating my home’s main unit replacement and installing it. They helped me get into something with lower electricity usage in a cost effective way. Installation was smooth. They’ve also maintained and improved a few of my existing units, which has improved my quality of life a lot. Highly recommend

Edgar was fantastic! He went above and beyond to find the culprit of the funny smell in our new home. He explored every possible cause and even fixed some things he wasn’t responsible for. Great guy and great employee to keep around!

I’ve had horrible allergies that I’ve lived with for years due to being in an older house with dated vents/AC unit. Talked to the owner (Tim), and he came out a few different times to brainstorm with Travis how to get these outdated vents out of my house and replace my AC unit from above my tub to a newer model in my attic. I was on a budget and he worked with people for the demo to get the price extremely affordable, and gave me a very competitive rate for the rest. In fact, compared to another company’s quote, I’m convinced he couldn’t have made much profit.
I have an old style home that had the vents just under the ceiling, and he got those torn down, the walls raised, canned lights in and for a little extra they even worked out my getting a new shower/bathroom facelift!!! It’s like a whole new home! It’s so cold here now that people who come over complain that they need blankets. I’ve taken on the new name, “ice queen” thanks to Tex-ac! 😅
My electric bill is half the cost of that old clunky unit I had before, but Best part?? I can breathe again, and sleep better. The team noticed my insulation was bad and found me a company to get that filled in too! Talk about full service. I could never have done all this organizing. They were fast, professional, and life changing. I’ll never go anywhere else and tell everyone to go to Tex-Ac. Tim even checked in after it was all finished, and found tweaks needed for perfection that I would never have noticed. Can’t gush enough about their quality. Posted some before and after pictures. Don’t mind my painters tape… I’m almost finished painting the new walls. Thank you!!!
