Been very happy with l&s mechanical. Had them out to fix my AC on two occasions. Took no more than 30 minutes both occasions. Sighed up for l&s total care. Came out today for electrical. Found a bad breaker in breaker box. Also came out and flushed the on demand hot water heater. Recalled tub spigot in jack and Jill bathroom.

I recently had the pleasure of having Derrick Turner from L&S Mechanical service my AC unit, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Derrick demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise.
He was incredibly thorough in his assessment, taking the time to meticulously inspect the system. Once the issue was pinpointed, Derrick proceeded to fix it with remarkable efficiency and precision.

David was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issue. I moved into my new home which was a new build and when I plugged in my dryer, it tripped the breaker. Well, the breaker stayed in the off position. Without telling him anything, he went in and figured it out and educated me which I appreciated. He replaced the breaker, made sure the dryer worked and updated the builder. David was professional, great customer service and was flexible in communication where I understood the “electrician lingo”. I didn’t feel like he rushed the job or took too long, it was just right. I would definitely request him for the next job going forward!

HVAC had issues since day 1. Every winter they came out to fix something, at first it was okay because everything was under the builder's 2 year warranty. House was built/completed in Sept 2022. HVAC completely blew out in Nov 2025. Costed me $5k to get it fixed by another company. And that's just the beginning. Perry Homes, 10/10 don't recommend.

Update: I change my HVAC filter every 2 months; for my Spring-Preventative-HVAC Service, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Derrick-a sterling HVAC Artist! the pics tell the story! such a knowledgeable technician who provided exceptional customer service and attention-to-detail; he performed the service as if it were his own 🏡 👏; L & S and I are fortunate to have a gentleman/technician of his caliber; when the service/checklist was ✅ , I noticed a change in the quality-of-the-cool-air-immediately! Derrick, Thank you kindly for autographing your stellar-workmanship as though it were a Monet/Renoir-You are the epitome of professionalism and are greatly appreciated~

Cesar texted me with his-30 minute-ETA; which included his work photo/ID; I sincerely appreciated the notification for my HVAC-Spring-Preventive-Maintenance-Inspection; he was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional; after the inspection, he gave me the report-everything is working fine, especially the ❤️ of the HVAC System-the Capacitor; he then asked if I had any questions or concerns; I had a few questions which we discussed and he responded to; my 🍁-Preventive-Inspection is scheduled for October; Cesar is a great reflection of himself and L & S Mechanical; Cesar, Thank You kindly-you’re a pleasure to work with; keep up the excellent work 👏; you are greatly appreciated~hope to see you in October~

He called 30 minutes prior to arriving, followed ALL Covid Safety Compliance protocols without ever being prompted. The service order was to replace our standard Stainless Steel plumbing fixtures to upgraded Bronze fixtures and he did an amazing job.

Christopher did an outstanding job. Not only did he troubleshoot and remedy my problems he went above and beyond to insure that there was no waterflow restriction throughout the house. Christopher even reached out to the developer about potential problems with the installation that could cause problemsin the future. Christopher explained everything very well and I appreciate his expertise, time and patience. He is truly an asset.

Man, I had something tripped in my garage on New Year’s Eve and because I have a backup power generator. Joe shows up and fixes the whole problem within a few minutes, completely unaware that the backup generator had its own circuit board, and he traced the wires and found where I had tripped. Incredible guy very knowledgeable. Saved my New Year’s.

Tim and Jeff are highly professional technicians. They completed the HVAC service request efficiently and explained in detail how each system works. They also shared helpful insights about common yearly service requests that help prevent future issues. Their explanation of the best plans offered by L&S was clear and helpful. I would rate their work 4 stars.

However, I cannot say the same about the customer service. I have another pending request that has been unresolved for almost 18 months. Each time someone comes, they only diagnose the issue but never replace the part, claiming it needs manager approval. This keeps happening repeatedly with no resolution. For this part of my experience, I would give a 1-star rating.

So far my toilet looks fantastic . I have not tried using it yet since I have to wait at least until tonight or tomorrow for the caulking to get thoroughly dried since Perry Homes did approved to install a brand new toilet bowl & everything that needed to be replaced . Christopher Garrett from L&S Mechanical is a great plumber . He did an excellent job on my toilet issue . He was right on time , efficient and very professional & knowledgeable. He knows exactly what the problem was and fixed it . He knows his stuff very well . I would definitely recommend him to everyone . I am satisfied with his work well done 👍. Kudos to him !
I also would like to mentioned that Beau Dahlman from Perry Homes Builder was great to work with , he made sure all were done right and in a timely manner and updated me the whole process in fixing the problem, communicating with me and
L & S Mechanical .
