The business is not at the address on Google's listing. I went there today. They don't return phone calls either. They also do not pay their sub contractors. Do not do business with these people.

I appreciated how efficient and courteous they were in addressing my issue with my AC! They were on time and handled everything so smoothly. They don't cheat on their services or pricing either. Highly recommend Texas 1st Heating and Cooling!

Christopher Garrett was exceptional! He called in advance to provide ETA of his arrival and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He changed out the under cabinet sink tubing in the primary bathroom. It had been slowly leaking but making a mess. He did a thorough test to make sure what he changed out didn’t continue to leak and cleaned up the area he worked in.

We’ve had multiple other technicians on site to service our air conditioning unit and Tim found multiple issues previous techs overlooked. Now our unit is running the way it was originally designed.

L&S does warranty work for our builder. On time, quick, professional, friendly. Will likely use them even after warranty has expired

She replaced 3 breakers. We had our home inspected prior to moving in. The inspector found problems with breakers and told us the breaker box needed to be replaced. We had to call L&S out several times. If you have more problems, we want the breaker box replaced. With this being a new build home we should not be having problems several times within our first 8 months.
