I have been using L&S for almost four years for my HVAC and Plumbing services. I get my HVAC serviced twice a month. Today I had the pleasure of getting Victor to perform my service due to the other technician being busy. I’m so happy that the other tech was busy because after Victor was done with my service he explained what he did and told me he made some tweaks so that my system would run more efficiently and cool my downstairs faster than before. There is a number range that the system needs to be blowing at. My system was not… until Victor did his magic. L&S, please send Victor for my service every time. And Victor, as a fellow Veteran, I thank you for your service.

David did an amazing job fixing our master bath light fixtures in our new home. He even went above and beyond by helping us replace other bulbs not on our work order and addressing our concerns and questions. Very professional and provides exceptional customer service.

Chris is the best plumber I have ever used - and I did property management. He understands how the fixtures work, and has an extensive knowledge base of various models so he can explain if something is a failure or a quirk of that particular fixture. I wish they were still full service!

Joe did a great job installing pendant lighting, ceiling fans, and replacing a broken outlet in my home. He even hauled off all the boxes from the fixtures! Highly recommend his services.

L&S Mechanical came to my home to check out the electrical breakers and gave me an excellent lesson on how everything works properly as professionally installed. They stand behind their work with warranty. I feel very comfortable in my home. Sometimes you just need a lesson on how things work. Thank you.

I was having a warranty request serviced by Christopher Garrett to fix a leak in my restroom, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his work. From the moment he arrived, he was the epitome of professionalism—punctual, well-prepared, and knowledgeable. Christopher quickly identified the issue, explained the repair process clearly, and got to work without delay.

What stood out most was his courteous demeanor and respect for my home. He worked efficiently and left the restroom looking as good as new—clean, neat, and with no trace of the leak or the repair process. It’s clear he takes great pride in his craft and genuinely cares about delivering top-notch service.

Chris with L&S Mechanical did an excellent job on the repair. More importantly he was extremely careful not to damage my bathroom vanities. After the job was finished he completely cleaned up the area. I would give him (10) stars if possible.

Wasn’t impressed by warranty service performed by Jaimie. The tech snaked my toilet and then set the tool down on my floor for it to drip sewer water all over and did not bother to clean it up. I would expect for plumbers to bring in their own paper towels at least to clean up the mess that they make. He also didn’t do much troubleshooting to determine the problem with the brand new toilet to determine why it didn’t flush properly. He flushed water a few times in about 10 squares of toilet paper, which does not reflect a scenario that would be hard to flush. I wouldn’t expect a recreation, but I would expect more than flushing water and telling me that it flushes fine.

They were also supposed to repair a loose tub spout that was resulting from the pipes being loose inside of the wall. Instead of fixing the problem, he just shimmed up the pipe on the tile to make it seem a little tighter, but did not fix the problem.

Amanda went above and beyond. Besides fixing my lights and smoke detectors, she stayed while 2 guys did pest control. She wasn't going to leave til they were done. She was still working when the guys left but just her offer calmed me down. I'm so thankful for her and for Kyndel who listened to my fears and helped me. Thankyou both very much. You made a very hard situation for me easy. Amanda worked really hard running back and forth down that long hall, up in the attic checking every outlet. And then she cleaned up the floor before leaving. She is Great. I love my new home and feel assured that whatever may go wrong with my New home yall will take good care of me and my wonderful home.🤗

Today' s tech Christopher was great. He called to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he went to work on my dishwasher and had a good conversation about L&S, what he has observed in the new construction homes and what I need to look out for in my home. He completed the repair quickly. I would request him again if I needed any additional services.

Tim did a thorough diagnosis on why our A/C wasn’t working, figured out why, and came back in two days with a replacement part, and repaired it. Great communication and friendly too. He was kind to answer all my questions.

Chris went above and beyond to help find the water leak. He was able to fix the water leak after diagnosing several areas to determine the problem. I found him to be a very knowledgeable and a skilled plumber. I want to thank him again for taking care of us.
