They went beyond what was expected, as I had reached them through Cleaning For a Reason, which offers free light house cleaning for cancer patients. These ladies did a wonderful job, and really put forth a great deal of effort to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Could not have been more satisfied!

Kasey was excellent! She did a little extra picking-up which I had forgotten to do ahead of time, and she even took out the diaper pail trash bag!!!

Two Maids is absolutely a great company. The manager, Nella, is very professional and helpful. The maids, Caitlyn and Janet, did a fantastic job cleaning our home. They were very friendly, flexible with our schedule, on time, kind and my house looked amazing when I came home! Nella and the team of maids cleaned my house for a year after my twins were born. They were all so friendly, easy to work with, and took great care of the house. I usually left so they could work unhindered by my kids and I never had a problem or concern that anything but good care would be taken. If I could have taken them with me when we moved, I would have! Highly recommend.

I've used Two Maids and a Mop for two different locations and was thrilled with the results in both locations. The employees were early on both occasions and were also tremendously thorough. I noticed our house even had a new home smell when I walked in - which is pretty darn hard to achieve with a cat and regularly cooking Indian food at home! I've been much happier with Two Maids and a Mop than with any other service I've used in the past and appreciate the quality of customer service they provide.

There are only so many positive reviews on google because the company pays you to post a positive review. The owner gives ten dollars off your cleaning service for a 5 star review. I hired this company several months ago and was very pleased with the service. However, the last few months have been full of problems. The cleaners clean the obvious items a client will see when they first get home giving the appearance of a clean house, but they do not dust all of the blinds, clean under items on the counter, or dust anything well. I complained several times and was never offered a discount on the service that was performed sub par. I bought several cameras to put throughout the house to see what they were not cleaning. I was astounded to see that they were spending half of their time looking out the windows playing with my dog. I watched them skip over dusting half of my downstairs. If you want someone to come vacuum your house and wipe down your counters hire this company. If you want a company that provides consistent service with attention to detail seek another company. This company starts out strong and after several months the level of service declines.
