Appointment scheduling was easy. Arrived right on time and were very nice. Did very well with what we prioritized. My wife was very satisfied (which is a big deal). Two Maids is our new go to cleaning service!!

For the first time in my adult life, I swallowed my pride and called two maids to ask for help getting my house cleaned. Everyone was so kind and so gracious on the phone. They found a package that worked perfectly for my needs and then sent me a young woman who was a hard worker, Very pleasant personality and an amazing cleaner. I will definitely become a loyal customer with them.

Everyone I was in contact with to schedule service was very helpful. Haley and Maria arrived and did a very good job cleaning my bathrooms and vacuuming for me. I would be pleased to have them clean for me again in the future.

Kaylee is always professional, on time and thorough! I can’t wait to go home on the days she has been there and enjoy how clean my house is. I would highly recommend this company and Kaylee in particular!

I am usually please with two maids but this last experience was less than pleasing. I had a slot for 12-1, it ended up starting at 3:30pm. The bathroom cleaning was very mediocre, a brownish ring was left around my tub as well as the granite and the tilting on the walls of the shower were still dirty. The kitchen area was not wiped down as normal as well. There were still dirt areas along the edges of the stove and corners of my counter. The doors of my cabinets weren't wiped down either. Over all, it was ok, just not as good as usual this month.

I feel like Gigi and Aubrey did a really good job and I would definitely want those two next time because I really don’t like having a new person every time. The only thing was I’m really big on mirrors, windows and fans. Probably another detailed walked through and they could have probably caught a few things. My son’s bunk bed wasn’t made and the glass door on my shower still looks pretty fog. Hopefully they can remember that next time but I definitely want the same two ladies again.

I highly recommend Two Maids. They have been cleaning my house for several months now and I am extremely satisfied with their service. They are always punctual, thorough, and pay attention to the smallest details. My house has never looked so clean and organized. EXCEPTIONAL work from Kali and Laura on my initial deep clean. I could not be more impressed or grateful for the incredibly diligent and detailed deep clean they did on my home. My husband - ever the healthy skeptic - is a full-on believer after their visit and our home is TRULY sparkling clean so that I can rest much easier at night (and this weekend! Lol.) A true blessing as we have a two-year-old and are expecting a new little one within the next six weeks - so that I have not been able to keep up the house or get it in shape to bring home our new little guy - and my anxiety was unbearable until a friend recommended Two Maids. I called and spoke with Nella, whom I could tell after one call, was someone who genuinely cared about exceptional & quality work for her clients - & I was able to seamlessly and promptly setup a tailored cleaning service/scheduled. Two Maids even sent an Assistant Manager (the wonderful Jennifer) out to ensure everything was well-done and that I had no issues or concerns (I had absolutely none.) So grateful to find reliable, honest work from a company that genuinely cares to go above and beyond for excellent customer care and service. THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!

Do Not Offer A Deep Clean, If You Cannot Handle Basic Cleaning

This was my first time hiring a professional cleaning service, and I regret using Two Maids and am embarrassed to have spent so much to get so little from a supposed “Deep Cleaning.”

We are in the process of selling our home, and hired Two Maids for a deep cleaning before photos and the home going on the market with open houses. We have been moving, so dust naturally collects. The house was not in terrible condition to begin with. We just wanted everything to feel refreshed and polished for people who were looking to purchase our home.

Our cleaner, Maria, arrived at about 8:30AM, and did not leave until 4:30. I was told to expect 3-5 hours, so when she was there for 8 hours I expected to come home to a flawless home. Upon entry, less than one hour after she had left, I immediately felt like I had been tricked. It felt like nothing had really been done, other than vacuuming the 3 bedrooms (2 of which were empty). I walked around the house, and just kept finding issues. NOTHING had been dusted, the bathrooms looked like they had barely been touched, and general cleaning on high touch areas like light switches were entirely ignored.

After cooling down and showing pictures to my husband, I decided to reach out to Nella regarding what to have expected from that cleaning service. She was very kind and confirmed my worries. We were able to have a second cleaner come out in two days right before photos and videos were taken.

The issue was I had to postpone stagers to the next day, since the cleaner took longer than expected, so I spent hours that night cleaning to prepare for the stagers to come and do their job. Even more embarrassing, when the stagers arrived the next day, they assumed I was not able to have professional cleaners at all, and even asked for cleaning supplies so they could clean as they went.

I asked the second cleaner, Jennifer, if she felt that the home had been deep cleaned less than 48 hours before, and she mentioned she was shocked that the large book shelves, the focal point of the home, had not been dusted at all. She was not there for long before asking me to check the house before she left to see if there was anything more she could do. I walked in the house, and again, it felt like nothing had been done.

I think there was a misunderstanding that I assumed someone was going to actually deep clean this time around, but instead she came to “freshen up” some places, but again, not really clean. Again, I do not think she even went into the bathrooms. I pointed out a few very obvious items, such as soap scum on the glass in the shower, and on the side of the bathtub, as well as more dusting that was entirely overlooked.

When I asked her to get the hard water marks out of the shower, she said “sometimes it is etched into the glass” - I was able to lick my thumb and clean a small piece right in front of her. She said she would work on it, and when I came back, had been able to remove the marks off of that one area, but left the rest of the glass shower panels untouched. After asking for 3 areas to be cleaned that she and the first cleaner missed, and her still not doing it to basic clean satisfaction - I gave up, and allowed her to go home.

Since then, I have talked to a number of people about their experiences with professional cleaning services and showed them my house, or pictures of the house, they are shocked that I paid what I did for cleaners to do barely anything. I am very disappointed to have spent this much to not see a difference, and spend my own time cleaning after two cleaners have been there. Pictures shared are photos taken AFTER the supposed deep clean as well as after the second follow up cleaner.

** Edited to add that I spoke to Nella again and she was able to remedy the situation to the best of her ability. By the sound of everyone elses reviews, this experience of the cleaners is not the norm.**

The service was excellent. Great communication from the company so i was well prepared and knew what to expect beforhand. Daniella was friendly and she did amazing getting my house cleaned. It sparkled. Very happy with the results and hope to have her again in the future.

They were very responsive and easy to book. I did a one time deep cleaning and was at home the entire time. They were very friendly and worked extremely hard and even cleaned the oven so well it looked new. Would definitely recommend 👌

Caitlin and her coworker came out to my mom's house today and did a fantastic job. My mom and her husband are both disabled and I work about 50-60 hours a week, so we don't get to deep clean her house as often as we should. The job done today is better than I could have hoped for. We are very grateful for the work they did and are happy to continue having them out.

I hired this company for a second year. I wanted it stacked way in the back, on the patio - yet again. These guys never blink and work to make sure things are done to your satisfaction; they stacked that wood so beautifully, once again. They once again took the care to stack smaller pieces of starter wood in between the larger pieces, we could just pull them out easily. I was again so impressed with their excellent customer service and repeat professionalism.

A company still focused on excellent customer service! Who'd a thunk it in 2021?

Excellent service by Mr. Cologne and his helper! They restacked my old firewood then delivered and stacked the 1/4 cord of oak firewood I had ordered. I will definitely be re-ordering my next load of firewood from GI-Mow. Thanks.
