I called them because my dryer suddenly stopped working. They were able to work with my schedule and fit me in the same day, rather than waiting a week for me to free again. They were quick, professional, and polite. The repair came with a 60 day warranty as well.

Their service was prompt, and my dryer was fixed in a matter of 30 minutes or less. Jay was very professional and informed me about everything he was going to do and what was going on with my dryer. The customer service line was very respectful and was able to fit an appointment based on my availability.

Jesse replaced the cracked drain pan in my refrigerator, which was causing water to leak on my floor . He did not have one with him, so he called two different supply stores and found one in stock. I told him that my water filter was going to need to be changed and asked him to replace that also. He came back that evening and replaced both the drain pan and water filter. The water from the water dispenser tastes much better and no leaks on the floor! Today, he came out and took a look at my old Frigidaire stove burners that I was thinking about replacing and an oven that overheats. I decided not to replace the burners, and the temperature probe for the oven, I believe it is called, is no longer in stock. Jesse was knowledgeable, polite and cleaned up the work area. I would definitely recommend Jesse and this company. Thank you!
