Refrigerator stopped working Friday and I couldn't find anyone to come out. Quick Tweak was opened and was able to come out and see the problem. Dan the tech was a nice gentleman was thorough and lead me on the right direction. He notice the compressor was still under warranty and advised me to get in touch with LG. I felt he saved me money by letting me know I had options. I don't feel He tried to milk me for anything. Service cost was acceptable.

Quick Tweak responded quickly to our washer balance issue. I looked at videos on YouTube to see if I could diagnose the problem and fix it myself. But I decided hiring someone to order the right part and install it correctly would be wise. Their technician Dan was knowledgeable of the problem from the start and fixed the washer.
