Dan came out to help me with my Samsung refrigerator. The water line wasn’t connected securely so I wasn’t getting ice/water. He was professional, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Joe was excellent in the repair of our Samsung dryer. I thought I was going to need to purchase a new one but when I explained the problem over the phone and he knew exactly what the fix was. He was able to come out the next day exactly during the timeframe he provided. My dryer is back up and running and I save a bunch of money instead of having to buy a new one.

I had a problem with my fancy dryer, which was beyond what my husband could do. I knew from experience that it would be costly to go through the store that makes this brand. I looked around @nd chose King Appliance Service. I booked online, they came out the next day. Diagnosed our problem in 10-15 min. Had to wait for the part to come in, but when it was delayed by a day, I received a personal call to let me know. Two days later the we’re out to fix my dryer, and it now runs like new! I am in the market for a new washer and dryer, so called to get recommendations on best brands. The gentleman spent at least 10 minutes explaining the ins and outs. He said they are mostly the all the same nowadays, but recommended one of Whirlpool's products. I truly appreciate the time they took with me. Highly recommend.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling so we looked around for an appliance repair company. We found king appliance service and saw all the good reviews. Checked the out with the BBB and decided to give them a try. It was easy to schedule on their website. They came out diagnosed the problem and repaired on the first trip. It has been working good since they left. We will use them again and would recommend them to others. I feel like the price was fair and Travis was easy to work with.

I had several quotes from multiple businesses and King Appliance Services was the only company to take pictures and explain what was wrong. I had more questions later and they were answered over the telephone. Once my refrigerator was fixed, he showed me the part he had taken out and replaced. Charged me $300 for a $25 part and did not even fix the issue though on my fridge. he was so confident that was the problem and it clearly was not. Don’t waste your money. Would’ve been easier to just buy a new fridge at first.

This is our second occasion to use King Appliance. Our icemaker froze up. We contacted Joe and he responded immediately to our call. Came out and determined the problem, ordered the part and installed it all within 2 days. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Joe!
