I was NOT looking forward to trying to get my refrigerator repaired; it seems this usually ends badly. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Joe of King Appliance. He came out on short notice, determined the problem, ordered the replacement and explained what was needed in about a half hour. The actual repair was done just as smoothly. I'll happily call them again!

Very prompt, professional service that was easy to schedule. The service call revealed a problem with our dryer door that they were able to partially fix until we can order the new hinge. I was so happy I was able to use my dryer until the repair can be completed.

Highly recommend. I have a 21-year old Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, called King Appliance after business hours, Joe answered my phone call. I described the problem--appointment very next morning. Joe quickly assessed the situation, ordered parts needed, and returned the next day to fix my refrigerator and freezer. Awesome! I am very happy with the service received--at a reasonable price--overall, an outstanding experience.

King Appliance will be my go-to appliance repair service company for all my home appliances from now on!

Technician took the time to explain what the problem most likely was and then said it would be better to just purchase another unit, because the maintenance would be more. My repairman came at a very reasonable time. I didn't have to wait all day for my service call. I quick call before my appointment let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he got right to work after a brief description of what was going on with my dryer. Joe was very polite and courteous. I had another question about a separate appliance and he addressed it honestly without incurring another cost or fee. He told me that it was more cost effective to buy a new appliance versus giving my microwave a quick and temporary fix. Honesty goes a long way in my book. I'll use this company again should the need arise. I'll also recommend this company to friends and family.

They were able to come same day and do diagnostics on what went wrong with my washer leak. Very nice and knowledgeable guy, but price quote to fix is kind of expensive.

Our dryer died on Friday night. I’ve used King Appliance Repair in the past so I pulled up their online site and it allowed me to set up an appointment. I was fortunate to be able to schedule an appointment for Monday at 9 am.
Joe came out on Monday and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part that was needed. He installed it and left quickly..

Joe is a nice guy, buy severely over charges. I took him for his word, but I just had another appliance company do work and their rate is half his. Apparently he goes "by the standard book of pricing." I'm not sure what book that is, other service companies don't charge what he does. I understand we're all trying to make a living but when I can find a company to do it for half the cost I have to speak up.

Edit: to be clear I actually left him a great review after the first repair he did, and even called him back for a second time. Got burned again. I had a different company do work and their rates shocked me. Which is why I decided to leave a review on Google instead of his review portal/link he sends out.
