My Samsung washing machine had a balancing problem, which I read a gazillion reviews saying that happens all the time with this model. I wanted to get it taken care of without spending an arm and a leg and I saw the reviews for Allegiance. They may not have as many as others but there is a reason the rating is high! These guys are top notch! Very responsive, very professional, and very helpful. They diagnosed the problem on the spot, ordered parts, and after a 15 minute repair my machine is like new! Great service by Jesse. Arrived on time, spent 45 minutes evaluating the problem with the washing machine. It was not an easy problem to diagnose, however, he kept at it until he figured out the problem. Highly recommend. The cost was not too high for the time he spent working out the problem.
