Just finished working with this company and we are very impressed. Called them at noon Friday, had someone out at our home to diagnose our washing machine within a few hours and repaired that same evening. Very professional and honest company. I called Mike yesterday and told him my dishwasher stopped working. He made a service call this evening and ran electrical tests.

It wasn't the dishwasher that was malfunctioning; it was the outlet under the sink.

I will replace the outlet instead of purchasing a new dishwasher, saving between $300 - $850 depending on the brand I would have chosen.

Mike is honest, friendly, and professional. Allstate Appliance Repair and Sales is my go-to place if I have appliance repair needs.

Allstate appliance repair was great! The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem with my washer and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely keep their number for all my appliance repairs.

I called Allstate to repair my dryer and was happy with Mike and the repair. I called a month later to repair my microwave and it was A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. My oven was picked up on the 5th and returned at my request on the 24th unrepaired. Horrible customer service and communication skills. He would not return calls, day after day, just ignores you. I will definitely NOT call this company again for anything. It's not worth the "hassle" and time wasted trying to deal with them.
