Sergio was our repair technician today and he did an outstanding job of trouble shooting our leak and going above and beyond. He made a stressful situation as pleasant as possible. Thank you!

John was very helpful and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. He also explained their prices very clearly before starting any work so there were no surprises. He even left the area under the sink cleaner than it was before. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

They provided me with a very high priced quote for a compressor repair that was still under warranty. They wanted nearly $3500 for the job, I found another company to complete the same job for $1300. The technician seemed very professional and knowledgeable but the price quote was outrageous. They also charge me a "diagnostic fee" when they said there would be no charge to see what the problem with the system was. Would not recommend.

Shafer Services has never let me down. I recommend them to everyone. Frank was my tech this morning. He was fantastic and helped me track down the source of the incessant beeping. Turns out it was the garage door opener battery and not the water softener, which I thought. My many thanks to Frank for all his help. And thank you Shafer Services for all that you do to make this community great.

Dustin was very patient kind and professional with me. He made sure that I understood and was explained everything that I needed to know about the condition of the AC unit. Dusten with Shafer Services arrived today for an A/C system check. He was polite and professional. He quickly assessed the unit, gave me the outcome and was on he way. We have used this business in the past and will continue.
And my dog liked him and he doesn’t like a lot of people!😉

The technician, Dusten, arrived as scheduled, was efficient with his diagnosis. His communication was great. We would definitely contact Shafer Services in the future.

I will save you the hassle. It is 195$ service call with 2 hour minimum. Doesn’t matter what the problem is. Just to diagnose and come up with a game plan it’s gonna run you 400 before they even touch it. They will take your card over the phone but will not tell you the pricing before hand.

Edit to respond: not sure what you’re taking about as that is not what happened. I requested a water heater repair/replacement and after hearing the pricing I declined the service. And nothing I said was a lie. Talk to your service advisor Reagan.

Sergio did a professional and speedy ‘in-and-out’ job! He was here all of 15 minutes! One and done!
Very efficient! It helped that my husband bought the new shower head to install ready for him to work!

Chris with Shaffer Services came and spent a good while trying to get parts for a gas piping leak. Although they were unable to affect the repairs, he was diligent and professional. I would call them again.

Luis went above and beyond in servicing our HVAC so we can rely on it for the winter. He alerted us to the components of our ten year old unit that needed replacing or service and gave us a good price on what he did to keep us up and running for the winter. We have used Shafer Services for many years and have never been disappointed.

Had my annual HVAC system checkup today. Luis was my tech and did a complete check taking pictures of all the good and bad things he found. I was impressed with how much ground he covered. It was very worthwhile.

Nathan was punctual and very professional. He identified the problem quickly and called the manufacturer to find out the warranty status of my system. He saved me over $1000 on a part with his diligence.

Luis arrived on time, wore shoe covers while inside the house to protect my wood floors and provided options about different prices for specific service packages. Provide photos of what he looked at during this service call. Thank you.

Had to call Shafer again (leaking garbage disposal). Diego was courteous and very helpful! Showed up within a few hours and advised me on the best disposal to replace the old one.
I called on Friday afternoon and Dusten showed up soon after. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained it all to me. He was great!

professional, explained two issues that came up where I could understand what was needed. Also helped me out with a filter problem. From the staff that answer the phone to the technicians that come out, they are always friendly and accommodating.

John is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest! He takes thorough videos, which makes it easy to relay information and make decisions. His pleasant company is enjoyable each time I have a plumbing check or problem, and I always know we’re getting the best work done for our home.

Franc was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Answered all my questions and offer advice on how to manage my equipment and avoid future problems. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely use this company again and request Franc for any future repairs.

Johnny was excellent. He corrected an air-flow problem with one of the vents, and installed a new thermostat. He was thorough, and double checked to make sure everything was in order. Shafer services communicated well throughout the scheduling and arrival process.
