We were experiencing issues with our AC struggling to keep up in the hot afternoons so we called to see what was wrong with it. Dwayne came to our rescue and informed us on the coil leak and provided us with our options. After deciding to replace our AC unit, they were able to get us scheduled the NEXT MORNING! They showed up right on time and got the job finished in a few hours before it got too hot out. They offered a fair price, answered all of our questions honestly, & they are ALWAYS dependable when you need them! Thanks to ALLSTAR we are now enjoying our pleasantly cool home!

Recently used them for a maintenance check on a recent home I purchased and was impressed with the thorough service and great advice to maintain the system. I was even told how to protect against lizards. Who knew that was a thing?

Glenn was truly a godsend today! He arrived quickly and diagnosed why our entire AC system had shut down—on one of the hottest days, no less! He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through everything step by step, explaining not only what went wrong but also how to prevent it from happening again.

The insight we gained from Glenn today will no doubt save us thousands in the future. I’ve become pretty good at spotting when someone is trying to upsell unnecessary parts or services, but Glenn was a rare find—genuine, honest, and kind.

Highly recommend this family owned business! Glenn was amazing!! He educated us on everything with our a/c unit and then explained how to keep the unit in good shape with easy tips on maintenance. We have never felt more at ease when it comes to our homes heating and air services.

I called All Star on a Sunday evening when I noticed by AC was out and the temp was quickly climbing, and someone was out within 30 minutes. Not only was it up and running in no time, but I was given some really helpful tips on how to keep my AC unit in better shape.
