5 Gold Stars for keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. AllStar Heating & Air Conditioning just came out as per our scheduled air conditioning maintenance agreement. Everything was in order and we really appreciate this company for their diligence in all of our ac repairs and service when needed. Last summer, All Star helped advise us as to the best air conditioning unit for us and they processed our new air conditioning sale without any stress. The ac installation went through without any hiccups and we just feel really thankful for this hvac company!

Got a call back even though it was after hours and got a tech (Matthew) at my door within the hour. He diagnosed and came back the next day to finish the job and went above and beyond. Super knowledgeable, prompt, and stayed until the job was done. Would highly recommend.

Yesterday my husband and I came home to house that was 95 degrees. No cold air was coming out of the vents. We called All Star and had a wonderful guy come out and fixed our AC in minutes. One flat rate fee and that was it. We are so happy and glad to wake up this morning to a cold house. Thank you so much All Star for the prompt service!!!!

After calling several other “24/7” AC companies tonight, I was lucky to find someone that was not only willing to take my call personally but get out of bed on a hot Sunday night to get me what I needed to fix my AC that was down because it needed one quick part change. Now a few hours later I have a working system that can keep my family cool again! Thanks!!

My wife called on a Sunday night, and we had a tech over within the next couple hours. With the intense TX heat, we caught a break after calling a few 24 hr AC companies who couldn't see us until the following afternoon. With a 3 and 7 y/o in the household as well, delaying the repair just was not an option. Tech was quick, friendly and has this family enjoying the cool air once more! Thank you!

Excellent residential heating and a/c company. We called AllStar to do the heating installation of our new heat pump replacement. We were hoping we could get away with just a heat pump repair but we were kidding ourselves - our unit was really old and not in good shape. Lonny worked with us on the best new heating unit for our families needs and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything is working great and the staff at All Star are fantastic - they always answer their phones and are very helpful. As soon as the weather starts heating up again we are going to call them for service on our ac unit as well. And we've already recommended them to some of our neighbors, particular one that was looking for a professional commercial heating repair service. Best Air Conditioning Contractors in all of San Antonio! We called All Star out on one of the hottest days in summer when our A/C wasn't working. We thought for sure we were calling for an air conditioning installation of a new unit but Lonny came out and did an expert air conditioning repair which saved us a lot of money! Other companies would have given us a hard sell and tried to turn our predicament into a new air conditioning sales deal but All Star were honest, helpful and informative. Thanks guys, when the time does come for a new AC unit, we will call you for sure!

Ours was not a simple AC install at all! The AC in our home had been freezing up and flooding our duct work with excessive condensation. It was an old system and the duct work was too close to the wall to be properly insulated. The crawl space was too tight to offer a lot of options. AllStar took the job on with a very competitive quote. Their sales person was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I did not feel pressured to choose them; their description of what they would do to repair our ac unit just made the most sense. There were some challenges after the install. AllStar returned and helped us troubleshoot and identify options to resolve them. They stood by their product, promise of quality workmanship and us, their customer. We are very happy with our new ac system and with our new ac company!

All Star maintained my aging AC unit for 4 years until it broke down, then replaced with a new system. They're an honest, hard-working local company. The repair charges always seemed reasonable. In other words, never felt they added extra items to bring up the bill. They responded quickly. Repairs were made within 24 hours. When I needed a new system All Star they were extremely helpful with information, and diligent in efforts to find a system to meet my house and budget needs. Finally, they pulled out all the stops to install the new system with one day's notice, as I had to leave town for emergency family care.
I can't say enough about All Star's integrity, work ethic, knowledge and skill.

When called we got immediate response. The service was fast and efficient. Fair prices. I highly recommend All Star. Our Technician was well knowledgeable, explain every step.

One of All Star's A/C technicians (an older white or hispanic man) came by my place of work (an entry point for a residential community.) After being informed he was not on the list, my coworker attempted to call for him. The homeowner did not answer, so the technician was informed he would have to call the customer. The tech point-blank refused and told us that was "our job", ordered us to call again using a number he provided (unsafe and not allowed), and rejected several polite requests by my coworker to turn around, informing us he would not wait in line again (he waited perhaps two minutes, the new line was maybe another two minute wait.) I stepped out and more firmly requested he turn around, as if he did as asked, by the time he got ahold of the homeowner and was put on the list, the line would be gone anyway.

The technician then proceeded to throw what can only be described as a tantrum, refusing to move and telling us it was our fault he could not enter. SAPD had to be called, and the resident came down to deal with the technician personally.

All in all, I found that the technician displayed highly unprofessional behavior unfitting of a service technician, or behavior unfitting of any grown adult, for that matter. I certainly wouldn't trust him to fix my own A/C equipment, as the technician appears to not be able to handle any sort of wait well, no matter how short, and might just rush the work.

Great service, fast, very communicative, and friendly. I called them around 11:30am and they were here before 3pm. I told them we had a new born and they made sure to get us taken care of same day! Thank you!

They made me waste my time. All day waiting for the technician, from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm with this heat and two children at home, they were telling me lies all the time and I couldn't leave the house because I waited for the technician who never arrived and I couldn't call another company either because I'm serious and already had an appointment with All stars. They should just be honest and say they don't have time or their schedule is very busy. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Fast. Plain and simple. AC went down, called All-star, less than an hour I was up and running again.
