Josh came out promptly (within an hour of me calling). He diagnosed the problem and describe what most likely caused the problem. Turns out the builder's contractor L & S Mechanical, never registered our unit, but fortunately it's still under warranty. The price was fair and the repair will be done quickly

I’m beyond impressed with the level of professionalism and responsiveness I received. From the moment I described the issue, Westerly Air didn’t waste time or give me the runaround—they listened, understood, and immediately agreed with my assessment. They ordered the necessary part, which was expected to take a few days, but it arrived the very next day. Without hesitation, they reached out and scheduled the repair right away.

Westerly Air was very responsive. They came in and fixed my thermostat issue. They found some other issues and cleaned them up at no extra charge. I am certain they couldn't have told me my pump was broken, but it only needed cleaning.

I appreciate the fact they offer after hours repairs and Josh came out within a couple hours on a Sunday. He was able to quickly determine that the breaker was bad. He replaced it and saved me from having to get an electrician. I have a maintenance agreement with another company, but they don't offer after hours service. I will consider Westerly Air when my maintenance agreement expires.

The service I received from Nick at Westerly Air was above and beyond excellent. He arrived on time and resolved all the issues that I requested. He was very professional and smart about his business.

Positive: Outdoor and indoor unit needed rewiring. The technician was prompt and very professional. He explained what was wrong with my system and completed the job quickly and thoroughly.

Negative: He told me all I was going to be charged for was the service charge, he kept coming back telling me that he found something else wrong. I started off owing about $75-$85 dollars, ended up paying over $300 dollars, and that was with the military discount? Surprised me…!

Nick was incredible! Honest, knowledgeable, and dependable — exactly the kind of technician you hope to get. I had two other companies check out my AC, and neither compared to Nick. While the others tried to sell me on a new system, Nick found the real issue and fixed it right away. I really trust this company thanks to him. Big thanks to Nick and Westerly Air!

Josh was fantastic! He quickly found the problem and made the necessary repairs. Price was very reasonable for the extensive repair that had to be done. They will be our go to company for AC work.

I stopped by my mother-in-law's house last Friday to catch up with her. Her AC had been broken for days. Josh was a great technician and personable. Determined it was cheaper and more cost effective to replace a almost 20 year old system. The new air conditioning unit and install was phenomenal. My house is substantially cooler and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this company and especially Josh to anyone. This is what being a good standing business is about.
