I purchased a new AC unit from Carnes and Sons and I couldn't be more satisfied. Carnes and Sons is a family owned and operated business. If you need a new AC or and existing AC repaired, at a fair price, I can guarantee you won't find a better company to do business with than Carnes and Sons. I have had several encounters with Johnathan Carnes and he is outstanding! Don't be fooled by his age. This young man is knowledgeable, courteous, and trustworthy. If you want to do business with a company that has strong ties to the community then don't hesitate to give them a call.

We bought a new HVAC system from Carnes and Sons at a very reasonable price. Clint was very helpful from the beginning to the end. Gave us all our options. The technicians that came out and installed we're polite, punctual, professional, and very informative of everything they were doing. When they were done, they made sure everything was very clean and ask us if there were any questions that they could help us with. We would strongly recommend this company to friends and family.

OMG! They are so great! Honest to begin with. This is my true story: I have a two floor house. My AC stopped working upstairs but not downstairs. Called Goettl which is now also Dayton. Tech came Thursday: “ Mam, the motor of your damper is broken. $3000 to replace it”. I put on a face… “Mam, let me check more”. After a while, he said “ your thermostat upstairs is not working. You need to change it. $1300”.
I thought about it, and called AIR STAR because all my neighbors use them and swear by them. This morning, David, the technician for AIR STAR came. After 30 minutes in the attic: “Mam, your AC is fixed. You had a bad wire. $260”.
I will never use any other AC company from now on. Honesty has no price . AIR STAR IS AWESOME

They do a great job and respect your home. I made few calls and they fix the issue same day if they can but will be there first thing in the morning.
