I have complained consistently about the noise the system makes when it comes on. It’s right outside my window and it wakes me up — it sounds like a car door slamming. Very loud.

Not sure where this company has been hiding but they are definitely a Blessing to our community and my experience with Josh Fry was pleasant and he was very honest very professional had a plan for everything. I am continuing with Westerly air. As a government retiree you can’t go wrong with this company.

Nick was very polite, knowledgeable and gave me a good education on how HVAC systems work.

Ben and Nick came out the same the same day I called to do a free diagnosis of my AC issue. They were knowledgeable and able to quickly identify the problem. Very honest and transparent about the issues my system was facing and upfront about what I’d need to fix to the problem.

Joshua came out during the time frame he was supposed to and was prompt! He literally fixed the issue in 30 minutes and we now have heat downstairs!!!! Sooo glad we reached out to Westerly Air and not another company that may have screwed us over again. Thank you Westerly Air! We will be in touch for future issues!!!

Hands down the best HVAC company out there, Shauna the lady that answered the phone was super nice & helpful. Describing the situation to her I felt “prioritized” they got someone out to my house almost immediately I was honestly surprised. They do great work in a timely manner & they’re super respectful. Westerly Air service was great. Came out to do a spring maintenance and managed to find an issue that was a quick fix. Technician Josh is knowledgeable and very passionate about his job. I would totally recommend and definitely use in the future.

Josh and Nick of Westerly Air came out to our home and inspected cooling system and came up with a plan to correct the airflow to our living space which was a definite hot box! After work was accomplished, we are now enjoying the benefits of the fixed ductwork and added air filter grille which we are feeling throughout our home. Highly recommend this company to assess yr home’s needs. Looking forward to working with this company again in the future!

Josh came to our home today to correct work done from Goettl that was horrible. He was a nice young man. Very personable and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job at a fair price. Highly recommend them
