I was amazed. I tried Armendia first - a mistake. JRs guys came out, got the job done quickly, and charged a reasonable price. Didn't charge for time spent chasing parts. Don't pay for tv & radio ads, and maintaining a large fleet of trucks. Call these guys and pay for plumbing!

These people wanted to charge me $500 minimum to look at clearing out a blockage in our kitchen sink. I know plumbers everywhere are busy due to damages caused by the storm, but $500 is simply outrageous and may even possibly border on price gouging.

Eric was very knowledgeable and explained every thing that needed to be done. My toilet is working like new now. I definitely will be using J.R.'s Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Just a heads up for any potential new customers, "Angie Gonzalez" is the office manager for JR'S Plumbing. This may help your decision when reading her review...
They rarely have licensed plumbers doing the actual plumbing work. If you live in housing provided by the government, then they will be the plumber you want however, if you own your own home, be careful...

Joseph with J.R.'s Plumbing came to our home today to fix a leaking shower and faucets. I got a call that he was headed to my house which I Iiked because I wasn't stuck sitting home waiting all day.He was very professional and cleaned up any messes left behind after and friendly as well.He made the experience with tjis company a good one. We will be using this company in the future for any plumbing needs for sure.

I was very impressed with our plumbers today Mario and Josh. They got the job done fast and explained everything that they did. I would definitely recommend asking for Mario and Josh because they did such a great job!

Ricardo and Freddy came by my home and did a fabulous job with fixing the whining noises with my toliet and they also fixed the leak behind my hot water heater. Fantastic work!! I would highly recommend them!!

We had a terrible sewage back up following a downpour here on north side of San Antonio TX. After spending a couple of days cleaning up feces and toilet paper, etc I knew I would lose my mind if this happened again. Fortunately, the JR plumbling team came quickly, on time, and located the problem with roots blocking our pipes. They were up front about cost so we knew what we were getting into. They also cleaned up the floor afterwards knowing I could not tolerate one more clean-up job. They also gave us advice to keep this from happening again. Well worth the $$$!! and guaranteed through next year's spring rains.

I had a wonder experience with a plumber named Mr. Eric Kiolbasa. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He fixed my plumbing issues quickly and was very professional. I wiuod definitely use J.R.s Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and I highly recommend this company.

I have never received such unethical and unprofessional behavior from a company in my life.

I had an issue with my water heater so I had this company come and check it out for me. During their first assessment, they went to exchange the burner assembly with a new one and it turned out that wasn't the problem. I did pay a pretty penny ($264) for their service to be back to square one but I understood that there could be many underlying issues with water heaters. At the end of the first visit, I became very skeptical because the company gave me two options. The first was to replace the control panel unit (which made sense to me) and the second was to replace the whole water heater. Moreover, they claimed "water heaters only last 7 years" (which is only the case if you don't perform yearly maintenance but of course they didn't tell me about the maintenance part) and still claimed "it was about time for it to be replaced anyway (keep in mind my water heater was last replaced in late 2016 so that was not so close to 7 years)".

My gut was telling me NOT to hire them once more but over the phone they insisted that they would go again a second time WITH THE CONTROL PANEL UNIT to fix the issue. They came the second time unprepared and again without proper tools to check the water heater. At that point I should have just asked them to leave before they started, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they are licensed professionals. They took an hour to work on the burner assembly again (which they already deemed was not the issue) and then went to go buy a new part to be replaced. They took an hour to get the part (keep in mind I got charged that hour even though they said they would bring the correct part [didn't even bring the control panel unit] and the part store is right next to their facility). Very unprofessional. The water heater still did not work and they had to call someone to help them fix it because "they didn't want to have to charge me for 4 hours of labor to get this done." Moreover, the guy on the other end didn't know he was on speaker and said "F&%^ IT IF THAT DOES'T WORK THEN JUST TELL THEM FOR US TO REPLACE THEIR WATER HEATER." The worker on my end tried to play it off by saying "this water heater is only 4 years old it's too soon to replace it" (Even though he was the one that said it was about time to be replaced the first time they came). I got charged $350 to still be back at square one. They would have charged me more but they damaged my ceiling accidentally so I had to negotiate for them to drop the price.

In conclusion, I paid roughly $600 to be back at square one (keep in mind water heaters cost around $400-600 dollars) and this company had the audacity to ask me to let them know if I want to place an order for a new water heater so they can replace it so that I don't have to be taking cold showers anymore. My blood was boiling so hot after this series of events, that I can take cold showers for the next 50 years before even thinking about getting J.R.'s Plumbing to replace my water heater.

water leak repair. Received excellent service. The technician Mario fixed the leak immediately. Now my water bill will go back to normal. The technician was extremely professional and courteous. Great company. Will recommend this company to anyone.
