We were having trouble with the hot water in our shower, so we called J.R.'s and they were able to send a plumber out to look at it the same day. They did a thorough inspection and discovered that the existing pipes were incorrectly plumbed by the previous owner. Julio and Mike came back out and tackled the job in a day. They were both so kind and took excellent care of our home. Whenever you have to open up a wall it's a headache, but having them on the job made it a much more manageable experience. We'll definitely keep them on tap for any future plumbing needs.

Extremely unprofessional came out and charged 350 to dig one foot of 16x16 and gave me a story that it was going to be over 2k dlls to fix, luckily my neighbor saw everything and told them not to do anything , called another company that charged 120 to do the repair , which was minor. If you dont know anything about plumbing these guys can really rip you off. I was very fortunate in this situation. would never call them again, & I recommend you skip this company if you have plumbing problems.

This is by far the worst plumbing service in San Antonio, I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I hired them, don't be like me. Plumber came over and determined we had a leak on the main line  due to tree roots. Plumber worked for about 4 hours (tried billing me for 5 plus excessive "material") at 175 dollars per hour,  the leak turns out was not fixed nor properly identified and continues. Their office does not respond or follow up after calling them to fix their mistake. Zero stars if I could.

I called J.R's plumbing since they had been sent out by my water company, S.A.W.S., after the 2021 winter snow storm Uri. At that time I received a low income "Uplift" voucher. I called this time because they had been professional, curious and efficient. This time was a totally opposite experience. They missed their first appointment completely and I had to call to reschedule. Their technician was late on their second appointment and he didn't have the basic parts I had asked for in advance, a shower kit and a new outdoor hose spigot. I had told them what I needed and that I was retired on a low income budget. The technician left to "go to the warehouse for parts" and was gone for almost two hours. That was "time on the clock." I asked to cancel the job when they called to tell me the technician was going somewhere else to try to find the part only to be assured by the owner, "Angie," that she would work with me on the cost. When the guy came back he installed the parts within minutes and demanded two hours on the clock and $60.00 in parts. I asked for the receipt on the parts which he refused to provide. He started screaming at me and said he would take the parts off and leave when I was on the phone trying to get a hold of "Angie" who was now unavailable. I was alone in my home with this guy was screaming and threatening me. The bill was $400.00 for a Moen shower knob ($12.98 at Home Depot) and a hose spigot ($11.78 at Home Depot) which J.R.'s Technician said he purchased at Home Depot Pro Desk (which gives contractors a discount). They are the two cheapest pieces for those parts Home Depot sells. I don't know if the Technician refused to give me the receipt because he tripled his costs or because he had them on his truck the whole time. J.R.'s Plumbing is not the same business and I really suggest you choose someone else. I could have received better service hiring a plumber from Craig's list.

Very satisfied customer. Like most, I hate plumbing issues because it always feels like a 50/50 chance you are going to get ripped off. I couldn't be happier with the what I paid for. They worked quickly meaning no wasted time charged by the hour. I dont know if they are the cheapest, but I genuinely felt they were fair and honest which is the most important thing anyways. I however was very pleased with the price for the knowledge and experience between the two gentlemen was worth more then the fee. These are actual plumbers and not some vaugly trained newbie calling someone for the answers every 5 min. will recommend and use 210 Plumber moving forward. I strongly suggest you do too!

When my water heater went out Sunday morning I called another plumber who said they will fix it but they could not give me an estimate over the phone. When they showed up the next day their estimate was ridiculously high. I then discovered 210 Plumber just by googling for a plumber in my area and was impressed by all the positive feedback. I called them and they gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone and told me they could be there a couple hours later that afternoon. They showed up on time and went right to work. Russell Walker came out personally to start the job and Jonathan finished up. They were both very polite I am quite happy with my new hot water heater. .

I've used 210 Plumber for many years. They bet to overpriced big name companies you see on TV. They come in go straight to the problem, fix it correctly, clean up after wards and no more plumbing problems. I've told all my friends about this company. Thanks for being honest with your customers. Keep up the good work

Called a previous plumber that does things the “right way” and we basically got vandalized, we called 210PLUMBER, as we should have in the first place, and are beyond pleased. Steve and Joe troubleshot and fixed multiple leaks that look to have been “bandaided” by the previous owners. They were very informative and showed my husband a few things to prevent issues in the future. They were thorough, and spent a few hours fixing and then testing the fixes again. My toilet now lays flat on the floor and actually looks as if a professional had installed it now. Thank you Steve and Joe! You are now our go to plumber.

Russell, Steve, Gloria and Ginger checked all the boxes for the best plumber in town. I had an emergency leak in my yard. The water was running and bubbling. I didn't know where it was coming from. I called 20 companies literally to see if I could get someone out that day. Gloria from the office said she would see. I was thrilled when she called back and said some one was on the way. Steve arrived and started the job but the job turned out to be bigger than expected. Russell soon came to help and together they handled their business!! They had to pull out a big bush to get to the leak but not without communicating to us every step of the way why they were doing what they were doing. They did not want to do more damage. They were extremely careful and conservative.

When we decided the bush had to go, Russell got rope, hooked it up to his truck and pulled it out. They used various tools to cut through roots to get to the leak. They repaired the busted pipe quickly and talked to us about what they did. The greater news is the price was so fair!!! Best rates in town. Gloria and Ginger took care of my payment and gave me compassionate customer service. Super sweet ladies.

All of this going on at the height of the covid19. I don't how to express my sincere gratitude to 210 plumber except to say, THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK.

Great service, professional owner, family-owned, locally run. I was super happy with Russell and 210 Plumber. I'm glad that they are located not too far from where I live and that he provided straightforward, honest talk. I'll be happy to call them my plumber!

A minor water heater connection leak got really bad within a week. Considered replacing 10 yr+ working heater. It took a major service provider 5 days to give us an estimate exceeding $3000.
After much review of our needs with Ginger &, Gloria of 210 Plumber, offered to make needed repairs to our existing water heater connections at very reasonable cost. Steven and David did an excellent job fixing our problem, highly recommend.

Just has my prv replaced & reserve tank added to fix my water hammer issues. Plumber was very informative and professional. Ms. Gloria was also very friendly and knowledgeable when I called for a quote. Will definitely use them again. Price was cheaper than most of the others I called.

210Plumber was recommended to me by a neighbor. Russell and his assistant were very knowledgeable and kept me informed as to what they were doing to fix my leaking pipe . I personally feel they are a very honest company. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for an honest and a GREAT plumbing company!

I called 210 plumber after being notified by Grey Forest I had a gas leak at the fireplace. The gas was turned off and the plumber was out in a timely manner. The repair was easily fixed and I have peace of mind knowing my family is safe. I did decide to go with them after seeing a friend’s review on this page and I’m so happy I went with them. I’ll be using them for any future repair needs.

On a recent evening we noticed that a section of our living room carpet was wet and discovered a water leak under our kitchen sink. The hand cutoff was frozen tight, so I had to shut off the water at the water meter. The next morning, I called 210-Plumber, as recommended by a neighbor/friend. The plumber, Russell Walker, showed up at the correct time and promptly found and repaired the leaking problem and also replaced my old and inoperable hand cutoff. Mr. Walker was courteous, very knowledgeable, and customer friendly fellow. Good job and thanks 210 Plumber!

Highly recommend this company! Russell was very professional and quick to fix our leaking pipe and constantly flowing toilet. Definitely knows what he’s doing and is reasonably priced. Would definitely call again in the future for any plumbing issues!

210 Plumber was AMAZING! They came to locate an underground leak and were relentless in digging until they found it. Both owners joined the master plumber and his partner, and we all worked together to locate this hard to find water main leak. Once it was found, they repaired it quickly and guided us to finish the task on our own to help save us some money. The owner, Russell even called later that evening to follow up and give further instructions over the phone to help us finish up and figure out another unrelated issue! They seemed genuinely concerned about our situation and were very knowledgeable in finding the solution. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

I will definitely use this company again. Steve and Oscar showed up on time and replaced two exterior faucets with very good quality replacements. The price was reasonable and the plumbers were friendly. Great work!

We have used 210Plumber two times now. Each time, service has been prompt and professional. They are our go-to plumbing service. There was a slight issue with our shower faucet installation and they promptly came out and remedied the issue which was a small issue and did not give hassle or surcharges for making sure it was working properly.

We have had a double-check valve installed, Capping/Plugging and removing old gas lines, Misc. Faucet and Shower repair.

My experience with 210 Plumber continues to be phenomenal!!! From getting set up for an appointment the very next day from my initial call. To Steve and his co-worker showing up promptly and fixing two plumbing issues simultaneously...Thank you again. Highly Recommend this Company!!!
