I know at least one of these reviews is from someone who is married to a worker of this company. With that being said this plumbing company is horrible. Took 3 weeks and at least 5 visits to finally get the job done right. No shower the whole time, hope you have a two bath home. Granted they kept coming back to try and finish but everytime he was missing something like tools and even caulking. Seriously your supposed to be a professional plumber dont ask to borrrow my tools. Still dont think he did a good job after a year later which by the way they want you to pay for a warranty for their job. Smh.

If they had zero stars I would definitely give this company that. They went out to my property and all they did was run a snake and charge me for that and the pipes still remained clogged. They have the worst customer service ever, been waiting since then for an invoice and they keep giving me the run around! DO NOT hire this company they will screw you over! Thanks for nothing anytime plumbing consider closing your business down.

When we got up this morning to find a kitchen counter full of water (due to a drippy faucet), we knew we had to get help. After we went out and bought a new faucet, I Googled "plumber near me" and found Anytime Plumbing was just a couple of miles away. It had good reviews, so we called. We were told at just after eleven that the plumber might not arrive until late afternoon. Instead, Herb arrived before 3:00 P.M. He was friendly, very polite, and obviously an excellent plumber. He worked at a good pace and was meticulous about cleaning up the mess as he completed each phase. When Herb finished his work, he answered the few questions I had, instructed me about payment, and bid us goodbye. We will definitely call Anytime Plumbing next time we have need of their considerable skills for a very reasonable price!

My mother and I have been getting work done from Mr JJ and his team for over a decade now. This man has gone out of his way to help us..he’s given us a hand and waited on payment when we were down. Hands down you will not find a local like him anywhere anymore. His staff is courteous highly efficient and work clean. Employee by the name of Beto and another worker helped put all my commercial equipment up to par at my small business a few years back. They worked for over a week and re plumbed the whole property and now that I recently bought a new home I didn’t think twice of who to call for all my plumbing necessities. He now sent two employees by the name of Felix and Gibby and again amazing work. If your looking for honest reasonable priced work there is no better plumber service in San Antonio. Every company will always have ups and downs (good and bad reviews) but just think how rare a find for an owner of a business to show his face daily. It’s a family business which is also a big plus.

Do not hire! Poor customer service. Did not show up on time, forgot tools, scheduled inspection with the City without notifying owner. Plus they used my existing pipe and charged me for material that they didn't purchase. The supposed new gas line looks like a child put it together. I'm reporting them to Better Buisness Bureau and anyone who's had the same experience, should do the same.
3/29/19-I have lived at my property for over 20 years and served my country for 20 years. I have never had any problems in my neighborhood. I found it coincidental that my vehicle was vandalized after posting the above review yesterday. Not saying that they did it but after reading previous post the thought comes to mind. Should have read reviews first before hiring!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Paid $150 for them to unclog my pipes and the next day they were clogged again and doing the exact same thing as before they came. Oh and of course on the receipt he wrote no warranty which means he can pretend to fix the problem. Had to hire another plumbing service who ended up going through the vent on the roof the proper way, which this company did not do, and now thanks to the other plumping company we have had no problems with our plumbing. Called them back to complain and at the end of our conversation of course the guy just hung up the phone. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! Horrible service

My family has been using this plumbing service for over 15 years. While they don’t have the glam and organization as other more commercial companies, they are VERY honest and offer solutions that don’t gouge customers financially. I can’t recommend them enough.

We were dealing with a bad clog somewhere under the house. Couldn't use the sink or clothes washer. I couldn't be here at my mom's house (she's 75) so she had to explain what was going on. She's very critical about people that come to house and she said they were courteous and professional. She didn't get their names but I would like to thank the man with tattoo sleeves and the older gentleman with him. Your business cards will be on the fridge for our next emergency. Also, the fee was very reasonable. Thank you again Anytime Plumbing!
