Had an incident with a driver this morning, aggressively driving almost ran me and my five year-old daughter off the road on my way to take her to school then looks at us and tries to Intimidate us looking out the window smoking cigarettes , smoking cussing at us the location in Leon Valley Bandera area. Some personal company.

My tech Tom was a true professional and the service he did with the plumbing projects he completed on our home was done with total confidence. He went over all his work explaining in detail the procedure and outcome of the problem being fixed or remedied for better results. Blue frog will be are go to for all our plumbing needs.

We had a major leak at our home. Water was pouring into the alley and traveling down the street.
We called Bluefrog pluming for the repairs. The plumbers, Taylor, and his apprentice Fred did an outstanding job. Both were prompt and professional. In short order they were able find the break and determine repairs needed to return water service to our home.
Bluefrog Plumbing arrived at the promised time. Both Taylor and Fred were very professional. They kept us informed during the process. Very confident in the work they did for us.

Anthony was polite, punctual and gave me an honest proposal (not super inflated like another company). He did the job quickly (replacing an old disposal) & even helped me by drawing attention to & fixing a leak from a spray head I had not put on correctly. Thank you so much Anthony! I will definitely be calling Blue Frog for Anthony when I need a plumber next time.

My experience with Bluefrog Plumbing was excellent. They were prompt and professional. Our organization's offices are located in a 120 year old historic house. We were needing a quote as to what it would take to replace the old pipes under the house. The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was very patient in answering all my questions and explaining the potential challenges of the project. We received multiple quotes, breaking the project into phases if necessary. Additionally, he took pictures, so we could see and better understand the full scope of the project.

The two gentlemen who I worked with were very professional and fast to respond. Thomas was the technician who did the replacement and he was very professional and nice and explained what he was doing and double tested everything.
The work was a little pricey but has a guarantee and Thomas and Edgar (?) went the extra mile to find the parts I needed (which were outdated and hard to find) thomas got the work done quickly and cleaned up after! He even checked my water pressure to be sure it was sufficient.

Blue Frog dispatched a plumber within two hours of my call. Michael was extremely professional and thorough with his explanations and repair options. I would definitely recommend.

BlueFrog sent out a false advertisement. The advertisement said drain cleaning and camera inspection for $83.00 to prevent bigger drain problems. Of course they tell you the drain line has build up & it will cost $1200 to clean it out. I told them i just wanted the drain cleaning they advertised for $83.00.
They refused to do the cleaning. It clearly states in the advertisement the drain cleaning. They refused to do it. They said thats not what they meant. I had used their services before. I will never call them again.

Update: Thomas did a great job identifying and correcting an issue with our garbage disposal and sink drain (plus dishwasher). Prompt, friendly, thorough service. Would definitely (and have) recommend these folks.

Contact was swift, service was professional. Edgar was thorough, gave us options, and kept us well informed. Sadly, we'll have some other renovations that are needed first, before the plumbing issues can be resolved, but I was very impressed by everything we experienced with Blue Frog. Highly recommend.

Fantastic work by Alton and team members from Bluefrog Plumbing, with an assist from McIntosh Electric in helping replace my old water softener system for my home.

Alton helped us decide on the whole house Novo 2-in-1 Carbon/Softener. It’s a pretty impressive product, looks great, plus my family will be comfortably enjoying the benefits for years to come. It feels like money well spent and a good investment.

Needed a new pressure regulator. After numerous bids I chose blue frog they weren’t lowest price but felt confident in their analysis. They showed up early. Did great work and I am getting good pressure again.
