Who knew having a shower that doesn’t constantly drip would feel like such a luxury?! Not only that but the fact that now when our shower handle turns, it feels like butter! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from Nick at Gill Plumbing Services! Nick was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job on our shower cartridge repair. Gill Plumbing Services is our new go-to plumbers!

Gill plumbing was very quick in replying to messages. They were able to come out same day and fully replace our water softener after having water pressure issues. I couldn’t recommend them more and Nick did a fantastic job!

Gill Plumbing installed a new code complianr hot water heater and scheduled the city inspection. John was able to repair the T&P relief exit pipe to meet code requirements. John has thorough, accurate knowledge of the plumbing code.

From the initial phone call, to the visit, to the repair, everything with this company has been absolutely wonderful! When I first called, the owner John answered immediately, he was able to give me a service call that same day, and tried to make sure that they could work within our schedule for work.
Nick came out the same day, even though weather was dicey and traffic from his prior job was rough, and took the time to talk to us about potential problems based on what we told him. He quickly assessed our concerns, gave us an up front answer about what needed to be done, and even addressed some other questions we had without making us feel rushed. He really was great! We got an estimate, and he was able to address our other concerns and give us pricing that gave us options. He took his time, even though it was late, and we really appreciated his willingness to explain things.
He came back the next day and was able to completely repair our original issue as well as some extra things to help reduce our problems in the future. On top of that, he did it all while navigating our 4 giant dogs without any issues! The work was done quickly, it was done right, and the estimate he gave us was right in line with our completed repair. This company has all of our business going forward, I can't say enough good things about them all!
I've dealt with multiple companies before and had less than fantastic experiences, this is NOT one of those outcomes! We feel grateful to have found a company that we can trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help!

I had a great experience Gill Plumbing! I purchased a house in San Antonio this summer and realized I had an error code on my water softener and it didn't appear to be working right. I called and spoke with John and he helped me resolve the error code and set it to recycle that night.

I scheduled an appointment for the following week since it looked like the service was 2 years past due. Nick came out and educated me on the softener, gave advice on some other potential plumbing issues, rebed the carbon filter, and installed a new resin catch filter. I had paint to match the walls, so he and his team mate painted the plywood so it looks like it is original to the house! I'm very pleased and it is great to have soft water again!

Water heater replacement and shower repair completed. Reasonable price and great customer service. Explained the issue and proposed a solution and quickly mobilized to resolve problem next day. Great work overall. Would strongly recommend for any plumbing issue. Will use in future.

Called John Gill to locate my front sewer line, before I planted a large tree. John and Nick responded and did an excellent job in locating the sewer line. I also had my washer machine water shut off valves replaced. I highly recommend Gill plumbing for any plumbing problems you may have. This past week called john gill to replace three sinks and six shutoff valves. His team did an excellent job so I decided to have my water heater replaced. I was really impressed the job john and his team did. He is definitely my go to plumber

I had hired a plumbing company that only wanted to over charge me for services that I didnt need. I decided to look at other options and found Gill Plumbing Services. John came in and explained everything in a way that showed he wasn't there to drain me dry (pun intended). I appreciate his professionalism and candid feedback. He has now become my plumber of choice for my house.

I highly recommend Gill Plumming!! I called the thurs afternoon, they were there the next morning.. Nick came w his associate and immediately started to assess the problem. Once they determined where the leak was coming from, which wasn’t easy. It was outside under concrete and basically undetectable to the naked eye. They fixed the problem which took all day. I was without water for maybe 1 hour total. They did a GREAT JOB start to finish.

We discovered our gas-powered tankless water heater had stopped working while we had guests in town. John was able to efficiently diagnose, request replacement parts from Rheem under a limited parts warranty, and install at labor cost within a week.

For reference: A different plumbing contractor from before I found Gill Plumbing couldn’t figure it out and wanted to charge us over $5k for a full replacement with a different brand.

When my wife and I were buying a house we had the guys at Gill plumbing inspect the plumbing and create a work order for what needed to be updated. Because of Gill plumbings quick communication. We were able to take those cost estimates to the seller and get the sale price reduced. After we bought the house, John and Nick from Gill plumbing replaced our water heater and pressure reducing valve on my main shutoff line. The water flow in the house is great now and the heater works like a dream. I was so pleased with the work they did I had them replace the kitchen sink. They completed the work fast and the quality was great. I would trust them with any of my future plumbing needs.

Highly recommended Gill Plumbing. Our exterior gas line fittings were rusted and eroded and they salvaged what they could saving us money and made it compliant and safe. They were responsive and talked me through everything. They are competitively priced too!

Great service. I had a leak near my water spigot outside my house. I called and they came in same day. They were able to see the issue as soon as they arrived. They only took about 2 hrs from start to finish. They explained what happened, what they were going to do and then showed me the finished product before they covered up the hole. Also the work done came with a 1 year warrany. I recommed them for any plumbing issues.

My water heater completely went out at 8 o’clock at night. Gil plumbing was referred to me with nothing but good things to say. I called that night and Mr. Gill answered and walked me through the process of the water heater replacement and any options that we may have. After discussion and warranties about what Gil Plumbing offered, I agreed and he said they would be here first thing in the morning and like he said Nick and Juan came out they were on time, pleasant,very knowledgeable and they cleaned up their mess when they were done. Nick explained to me all the components that were on my new water heater and how I can keep up maintenance on it. This was some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time along with excellent work and great warranties highly recommend.

Gill's plumbing service was superb! John and his employee worked together and did an excellent job to fix our leak to the house. He took the time to explain the problem and showed us the leak pipe. He communicated well what he needed to do to fix the leak.

My water bill skyrocketed so I called Gill Plumbing Services. Nick quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my two leaky toilets. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. Nick told me about the SAWS leak adjustment so I was able to get a refund on my excess water usage. This is the third time I’ve used Gill Plumbing Services. I can count on them for quality work at a fair price.

So happy with the work they did. Upfront with all the possibilities issue and how much it could cost. Luckily the problem hadn't escalated and we were able to address more than one problem. Love using local small business and they were very professional and courteous. Considerate that I was working from home and on meetings. Would text me updates since I was working. I will be using them in the future.

Call these guys now, you won’t regret it. I had to replace two toilets and John and his helpers did a fantastic job repairing the flange underneath due to it being severely corroded. They actually take pride in their job and go above and beyond and do high quality work for a reasonable price which is rare these days. They were here for a while making sure everything was perfect before leaving. I’m so glad I called them and will be referring them to everyone I know.
