Paul was a professional technician. Blue Frog made me a same day appointment and we were happy with the quick, clean, honest work.

5 quotes for a replacement on-demand hot water heater. Needed be moved into garage from outside wall.. They were the most reasonable and also included replacing the pressure valve they found defective. They not only did a great job, but also patched the outside brick wall where the old unit was. Mentioned having trouble with hot water in master bathroom shower. They looked at it and fixed the faucet handle that I had put on backwards when I replaced it a few years ago. No additional charge either. Best service I have ever gotten from any plumbing company in 50+ years. No other plumbing company will ever come to my house. Kudos to entire team and many thanks. Nice to see a company that treats seniors and military retirees in this manner.

Emergency services were requested on the weekend. A time was arranged but no one arrived or called. I presume that the artificial receptionist and phone service failed to inform the technician. We waited anther two days for an appointment. No significant damages resulted but it was an inconvenience and might have resulted in greater damages.

I needed a new water heater installed and did a search. Bluefrog was one of the highest rated I found in San Antonio so I went with them. They came out and inspected, gave me an estimate, and installed the unit on the day that was best for me. The installation was quick and everything has been working great. I have no complaints.

This guy is legit. He came out for an estimate on a pressure regulator valve and water softener the day I called, explained everything in plain terms, didn't try to up or oversell anything, and came in with the best price.

I have had several service calls by many local plumbing companies throughout the years. Most were average, one or two were sub standard. This is the first and only company that stood out from the rest. From their attention to details, to their impeccable repair of a water leak that was behind my wall. They were fast, prompt and efficient. Did I mention , that I called them at 4:30 pm ? Any other company would have scheduled me for the following day given the time. Gill Plumbing installed a new water softener a couple of years ago. What really drew me to Gill was their competitive pricing. I had got quotes from other plumbing companies but they were trying to sell the Cadillac of water softeners. Gill provided me a quote just for what I'd need and it was well priced. They came out and installed quickly.

I was having issues with my downstairs toilet. Nick came out, had called ahead of time to give me an estimated time he'd arrive, and was quick to diagnose the issue. He gave me credible options to repair it. He was pleasant and worked quickly.

I just wanted to recommend Gill Plumbing for any plumbing issues. We had a leak in the front slab of our house, they found it very fast, fixed it and were able to reroute the leak without going through my kitchen or the floor. Nick did the majority of the work with his assistant, and did an amazing job. They were all very professional, fast, and friendly. They kept us informed on each step they were doing and finished it in two days. John also helped us find a brick mason to replace the brick in front of the house where the repair was made. This is a wonderful, very professional company, and I highly recommend it.
