The person answering the phone at AP was highly professional and courteous. The person answering the phone, expressed understanding to our concerns with cost. Techs Jose and his partner had an outstanding customer service attitude. AP highly competitive prices really helped us out!!! The work was done right. I will be recommending Anytime Plumbing to everyone.

From the I called, to the work they ,this guys are PROFESSIONALS. Mike and Joe quickly very quickly unclogg the drain while keeping me informed and then showing me the water flow at the drain by the street when both commodes were flushed. All at a very good price.

I called to get gas line repairs done. Unfortunately I wasn’t home for the first part of the repair. They found minor leak outside which I wasn’t too concerned about. I had them find a leak in the attic which was my primary concern. He said he had to run out to get parts and would be back the next day. Came back with the wrong parts. He left my gas off for two days so we couldn’t cook or take showers. I told them where they could purchase the right parts and at 430 pm said they would not return till the next day because their boss wouldn’t pay them after 5 pm. The next day I called to see if they had the part and they said they didn’t. I asked them home much did I owe and the owner got on the line upset and wanted them to finish for $850.

I told the guy it was way too much for one hour of work. He said to pay $450 for their road travel and work. How is it my fault they don’t have the right parts? He said $350 then.

I went to the attic where they were working and found out they left it worse than I had it. They broke a pvc pipe for my AC and put the wrong part on my gas line.

I found the part myself and fixed it for $30. Why hire this company if they don’t know all the gas lines being sold for consumers? And leave an issue worse than it was before. The leak was super minor that we could have lived without fixing it.

Fantastic service and great value on their work. I called on a Thursday night for a water heater assessment, needed a replacement. Crew came out Friday to inspect unit and was here Saturday morning to replace the old one. Techs were professional and phone support was fantastic. Will call again for any kind of work needed at my home.

Had a great experience with Tom. He replaced a hose bib quickly and efficiently, with excellent communication throughout the process. The work was top-notch, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had Ethan come out to give us an estimate on leaks we were having with both of our upstairs bath tubs. He came the same day and gave us a free estimate. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issue. He was able to offer us an estimate that seemed fair and was going to put a 5 year warranty on their work. That tells us he and his crew are going to do quality work and not just "patch" up the problem. We look forward to working with them to get the job done right. I highly recommend these guys. I will update my review once the job is complete to let you know how their workmanship is.

Tom Cooper did a superb job on a truly difficult task repairing old shower lines that ran behind a hall closet wall (on a stud too), saving us the huge $$$ expense of redoing the shower walls and tiles. He then changed the shower from a 3 handle to a single and covering the holes no longer needed. He completed it by himself and brought any/all necessary items to give us options on the style and look, and he didn't leave until he walked us through the details. And stayed around to dig into the yard and put in a pressure regulator. If you can, ask for Tom!!

Vincent and Edgar did a terrific job finding our leak and replaced our worn out water softener. We appreciate their quick response to our issue and we're very kind and professional! We highly recommend them for your plumbing problems!!

Tom is great. He thoroughly inspected all my fixtures and made recommendations. He explained how things work and voiced his concerns. He fixed my pipes under my house last year. Would recommend Tom Cooper.

The plumber was scheduled to do an annual inspection and to drain and flush the hot water heater. The sewer line was also inspected. The technician was very responsive and patient with questions I had throughout the inspection. Potential problems were identified, and my options were thoroughly explained. This experience aligns with a previous visit by blue frog three years ago. Plumbing issues were resolved promptly and professionally. I will just say it: plumbers are not cheap. If I have to pay a plumber to repair or replace something, I want it fixed correctly the first time! So far, this has always been my experience with blue frog. I highly recommend them.
NOTE: Recently had Blue Frog out to do another annual inspection, etc. Same experience as before. Courteous, professional plumber who was patiently answering my questions. I want to repeat everything I said in my earlier review; in my experience, it's STILL true. I highly recommend Blue Frog Plumbing.

I needed a faucet fixed fast. an appointment was made within the next hour. Anthony arrived right on time and had the problem fixed in 40 minutes. Blue Frog will definitely be my 1st call for any future plumbing issues.

Horrible service and over charged for plumbing services not completed correctly. Now they want to charge again to redo the work that they should have done the first time properly.

I rarely leave reviews but my experience with Bluefrog plumbing was a 5 of 5. I appreciate Anthony being courteous, respectful of my time and knowledgeable about what was going on with my issue. Anthony called me first thing in the morning to give me an ETA. Upon arrival Anthony introduced himself, was courteous enough to put shoe covers on and was able to figure out what was going on with my sink. Anthony was able articulate the issue I was dealing with and the benefits of the different available options. So far, my plumbing is back in working condition. Thank you, Anthony, for your promptness and patience with my multiple questions.

I had two toilets clogged in a renovation house. He showed up on time, wore shoe covers and quickly made a plan of action. He showed me my options and found the problem and the drain was cleared in minutes. Very happy I called blue frog.
