They were upfront and honest about the cost when I called them. I thought the cost quoted was very reasonable. In the end, the final cost was lower than the original quote. Amazing!

Great service. Great response time. Great professionalism and work. I would highly recommend this company and most definitely recommend "Five Star Steve" to do the work. If I could, I would give him a new name, "Six Star Steve". Very responsive, explained all the work being done, options, and totally fair in pricing. Go with this company.

I had a great experience with 210 Plumbing after being without hot water for several days. I called them late afternoon yesterday and they were able to get someone out here today. Steve was very straightforward, honest, and never pressured me into anything. He explained everything he needed to do and why. He showed me a lot of things on my water heater I had no idea about. He also did a bit of education on safety. He was able to get my old water heater back up and running in no time. Finally get to have a nice, hot shower! Will definitely call them again.

I was so pleased that 210Plumber came out the same day to look at my water heater. Steve and Dillon did a great job replacing my water heater. They worked very hard and dealt with some issues in the process. Steve was so positive and polite and made sure to explain everything they did. They were so professional and the office also did a great job of preparing me for costs and options. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber!

Russell was awesome! He came to my house on a Sunday morning to resolve a problem with a pipe that had been chewed by a rodent and was spraying water all over. Arrived within an hour of calling and had it fixed quickly. Super friendly and explained everything he was doing. Incredible price! I’m sold... customer for life.

So pleased with the service at 210-PLUMBER. We needed a new water heater to bring it to code and got quotes from multiple companies. Hands down, these are the best people to work with! Every other company sent someone to look at the old one to give a quote (and make a sales pitch), but 210-PLUMBER gave us a very fair and accurate quote over the phone. I love that it’s a local, family owned company instead of a big company that tries to get you stuff you don’t need. Our old water heater was a mess, but Steve and Oscar got it out smoothly and did a fantastic job installing the new one. They pulled a permit and of course it passed the city inspection. We’re happy to have found this company and will be using them for our plumbing needs in the future!

Steve & Russell were awesome. They provided a courtesy call when they were on their way and we’re very polite and professional when they arrived. They installed a new toilet in about an hour and hauled away my old one. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a toilet replaced.

Fantastic service! I got a new garbage disposal, they installed a faucet I already had, and did my new (preinstalled) kitchen sink’s drains and water lines. I was able to get an estimate for parts and labor over the phone and they had next day availability. They worked with me and made the process super convenient, they provided a new garbage disposal at a reasonable price (and 10 year warranty). Steve arrived within the time frame I was given, and he even called ahead of time to let me know when he was on the way. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing services.
