Our pipes had busted in our yard and we knew something was wrong but couldn't narrow it down. Due to weather and frequent rain, we had to wait for the sun to harder the ground. They were able to dig up the old pipes and we were able to see our background in a different light. The workers were friendly and advised us along the way. Communication was difficult during the project. Unexpected delays and calling back in a timely manner. Overall we are happy with the final product.

Mario and Bobby are real professional. They were very helpful and fast on installing my new shower valve. They help me find somebody for sheetrock replace. I will use them again.Thank you Guys

Jesse Rodriguez was my plumber. He resolved two running toilet issues. He is awesome, not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he also a wonderful person with a great sense of humor. I appreciated the interaction and dialogue, as it made for a great experience.

I had two very professional, courteous on time and very helpful plumbers dispatched to my residence. RJ and Mario were so helpful aside from completing the job. They took the time to explain what they did to repair my leak and offered educated suggestions to me for future plumbing needs. Called J R Plumbing, 1039 Fresno, S A Tx on Friday, 10/8/21 to come & provide estimate to repair pipe under exterior wall. Trench was already dug about 4-5 feet deep. Female who answered was quick to say $170 an hr, job would take 2-4 hrs and if camera needed, $300 up front. 2 workers came on Tuesday, 10/12 & even though water leakage was visible said camera was needed. Asked if I’d get pictures & video & reply was yes. I viewed sketchy video on their equipment, paid $300 and estimate was to follow next day. After they left I recalled they didn’t ask for my email so I called office and provided. No call or email from company next day nor the following so I contacted them on the 3rd day to express my disappointment and fact that I got absolutely nothing for $300 I paid. I asked for refund and manager refused. She put blame on the employee. She forwarded the dark sketchy (equipment must be faulty, old, dirty or in disrepair)pics today that are useless.

We are very appreciative for our plumber, Chris who assisted us today. He was very mannerly and extremely helpful in answering all our questions patiently. We are very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend Chris from J.R.'s Plumbing.

Our plumber was great! Professional, knowledgeable, polite, and funny! Our tub faucet install did not go easy on him though, whatever could go hard did! But the finished product! Beautiful and most important no more leak!!

Mario and Bobby went above and beyond to ensure the thorough repairs of our plumbing system (toilet, hot water heater, T and S valve). They both demonstrated the utmost professionalism in their mannerisms and work ethic when communicating what was needed to resolve the issues. The technicians arrived well prepared and explained all that work that was going to be performed. They took their time and installed a new toilet without any complications. I had excellent service from J.R.'s Plumbing. I am writing this after a night of no hot water. The plumber I had was Alex and he provided Outstanding Service. Alex was prompt, courteous, and informative. He taught me how to drain the hot water heater. There was quite a bit of water due to the tank leaking in the garage. He cleaned this up and promptly went to work. The old tank and parts were removed. Highly recommend J.R.,s plumbing. Ask for Alex, he will not disappoint.

Chris was very professional and polite. Told me exactly what he was going to do to fix my leaking bathtub. Had to go get the parts that were needed and had to make a second trip because handles did not fit the cartridge. On the way out, he noticed that my kitchen sink had started to drip and he fixed that one too. Thank you so much for your help

Chris and John came and fixed the problem, were very polite and explained everything, however the next day the pipe burst further down. Richardo and Mario came on Monday afternoon, found the leak and fixed it as well. Explained that it was most likely a factory defect and now our water is working better than before. Thanks so much. God bless the company and the plumbers that came to help us. Truly appreciate them.

I have worked with many of the JR Plumbing guys but today I had the privilege of having Eric and Andrew. They went above and beyond. They were on time, they were friendly and nice, informative and supportive, and just took more time than any of the other workers they have sent out my way! I have used him twice with excellent results. I called today around 3 pm, he got here around 5. Went out to get a new hot water heater and installed it tonight. Will definitely use again.

Had the guys from JR’s come out twice. They’re very knowledgeable and do good clean work. Best thing is, they charge considerably LESS for the same work that the “big name” companies like Goettl for example. Have them come out and check your house water pressure they found a problem I didn’t know I had and squared it away. Tell your family and friends about JR’s. You won’t be sorry! Just hardworking guys wanting to do good work!

I do my best to give businesses the benefit of a doubt and I often cut them slack because I understand we are all human. However, this time around I just can’t overlook this atrocity. My A/C pipe draining to occur from above my front door. I figured the pipe needs to be cleared which should basically involve a blowout of a strong solution. I called this company on a referral. The referring party typically pays $100 to $120.

Over the phone the receptionist disputed that amount and insisted on $120 to $140. The tech arrived at 11:43 am. At 11:53 am the tech and his assistant came over to explain that all they did was use FlowEasy Drain Opener to unclog the pipe. No tools, no wrenches, just FlowEasy. At 12:01 he finished writing the invoice which was $140 for the visit ++PLUS++ they charged me $25.30 to pour a bit of FlowEasy into the pipe. Basically I paid $167.39 for a 17 minute visit that involved no tools, no dissambly, a few pours of FlowEasy, and the techs never had to bring one tool or tool box into our home.

In my experience when you have to deal with home service providers, if they know your solution is simple, they simply charge you for the visit for part of the visit cost. This was ridiculous. I can’t recommend this company.
