Steve was on time and very knowledgeable about his work. He replaced the kitchen faucet in a short time and restore water service to that outlet better than it was before the problem started. The water pressure is so much better now and we will definitely keep 210 Plumber on our list for reliable, friendly and expert service.

We have used 210 Plumber since they were a one-man operation years ago. While their services are not less expensive than others, they usually find the problem is not as extensive as others, so they end up saving you money. Their work is professional and comes with many years of experience behind it. We have referred them to friends who have saved a lot of money compared to estimates from other companies. Recently, Steve worked what I would consider miracles and avoided me having to spend more than $650 I had been quoted from another company. The latest visit was to install a new water heater, and the work was done professionally and on time. I have no reservation on recommendation them for any of your plumbing needs.

Made an appnt for a clogged sink that was filling up with water from the hvac system and they never showed up during the window. No text or call that anyone was running late either. Very inconvenient and unprofessional service!

I had to find another company to come out in the AM while I continue to monitor the sink and empty the water into the toilet to avoid home damage.

Edit: replying that you did call me is absolutely patronizing and ridiculous. The call came in at 630pm, well after my window of someone showing up and well after I'd called the office twice *which was closed* to find out what's going on with my appointment. Moral of the story, I used someone else and won't be needing your discount ever based on the justification response I received in VM and here.

My 22 Year old gas water heater refused to light. I called out two companies who both told me the water heater couldn't be fixed and aggressively pressured me to spend 4k+ on a new water heater installation. I called 210 Plumbers and Russell first gave me an EXCELLENT quote on a new system (the SAME exact water heater others quoted me). I was expecting to have to get a new install, but asked if there was a chance they could fix it - Steve assured me he could fix it, and he did! I highly appreciate how they first look to FIX rather than replace - this shows that they have the customer in mind and not just seeing them as dollar signs. There was zero pressure to buy anything.

I have nothing other than HIGHLY RECOMMENDATION for this business.

My 2 water heaters go bad and need their heating elements replaced.
I tried to contact multiple plumbing companies, all of them took more than 24 hours to come over and then quote me a ridiculously price. Believe it or not, the heating elements only cost around $30-$50 each, but all of those companies charge $500-600 to replace each heating elements, so $1000- 1200 in total for 2 heating elements.

I tried my luck with 210plumber. Steve and his staff showed up at my house in less than 1 hour after my call. They immediately jump in to diagnose the water heaters, and finish everything within an hour. When waiting for the water heater to drain, they even replace my expansion tank for FREE. They also go the extra mile and check the water pressure and other valves in the meantime.In the end, my bills for parts and labor to get 2 heating elements replaced and 1 expansion tank replaced is only $280! That is less than 1/4 of what other companies charge.

What an awesome business with awesome people. Fast, quality work, extremely honest, and most importantly, extremely fair pricing.

I received service from my favorite plumber today. I love these guys! They are great keeping you informed in addition to being competent at their work. Russell Walker, the owner and Master Plumber has been doing this work for over 40 years and he knows his stuff! He's easy to work with and explains what he's doing and can turn your plumbing problem into a learning experience, if you like. Pricing is very reasonable. He and his team fixed 3 plumbing problems today, and I'm so happy with his service!

Although we were unable to utilize this company, their willingness and efforts of assisting me deserve high praise. Truly appreciate Brandy and Russell for going out of their way to take my call. Thank you again.

I had a couple of jobs that needed to be done with the plumbing and I was so satisfied with their work the first time around, that I did not hesitate to call them for all other work needed. Russel (owner) came by the first time around and he was very friendly and very very knowledgeable. His associate Steven was also friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything about our experience with these wonderful folks was AMAZING. The admins that work in the office are so professional as well as the team that was sent out to assist with our kitchen sink that had a leak. The service was fabulous at a fair price. We will NOT use anyone else but them for our future plumbing needs. This company deserves the good reviews they have received. Truly impressive and full of integrity!

I contacted Russell at 210-Plumber. Very knowledgeable, and more than willing to share that knowledge to serve his customers. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem BY LISTENING over the phone to the pipes gurgling..he told me how to easily fix the issue without a service call, and since there was no need for them to come out, he did this at no charge. I will continue to use this family of plumbers as they have not only the expertise, but ethical fiber that I look for in a service company.

When our new washing machine arrived the installers were not able to connect it due to extremely bad hot and cold faucet connections. What to do? We called a local plumbing company (big name) and they told us we would be placed on a 10 day waiting list. NOT an option. I knew there was a plumbing company in the Ford's Landing strip center so I rolled the dice and gave them a call. Best decision we made. The receptionist was amazing and worked us in the very same day. The two plumbers that came to our house (Steve and Mark) were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient they has us connected in under an hour (as opposed to ten days) and the total, out the door, was less than $200. If I could give a higher star rating I would. Y'all have a new loyal customer.

Great experience from start to finish. Called and spoke to Ms. Jackie for a quote to install a new toilet and she was so kind and helpful and able to schedule us for same day install. Mr. Steve and Mr. Oscar were able to get our toilet installed quickly and were professional and informative during the service. Steve and Oscar are knowledgeable and friendly and made conversation with me while they were working. They treated me like I was one of their own relatives, even showing me my plumbing situation firsthand, and teaching me basics on how to unclog my dishwasher and fix a locked garbage disposal myself in case of any future issues. They also fixed problems with my plumbing that I didn't even know I had, at no additional charge.

My late grandfather was a plumber his whole adult life, starting as a teenage apprentice, and this is exactly what he would do for his kids and grandkids when they had homes of their own. It was an experience I missed out on personally with him, but I'm sure he would approve of the service I was given today. In fact it felt a bit like he was there in spirit.

I definitely will call 210 plumbing again if I ever need to. I appreciate people who treat their customers like friends or relatives, rather than dollar signs. And I also appreciate businesses that do the job right the first time. I'd rather pay $210 to have the job done right by a master plumber, than pay $50 to the "I know a guy who can do it for cheap" hobbyist who doesn't know what they are doing and might cause further issues I would have to pay more for later.

They diagnosed my problem and proceeded to make necessary repairs and within a few minutes my drain was fixed and they were cleaning up. Needed a water heater replacement and a clogged toilet unclogged. I called several places and selected 210-Plumbing after getting different quotes. Steve came over and from the time he got here he kept me informed on what he was doing. Answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. They did a great job in installing water heater and also added a drip pan. He assessed the clogged toilet and did several things to make sure it was flushing correctly . He also recommended a couple of things to help keep it from clogging. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. I've used 210Plumber several times; the service has always been outstanding and the fees are reasonable. Recently Steve solved a very challenging problem in which a leaking pipe was inside the wall of a home elevator shaft. He found and repaired the leak, and beautifully replaced the drywall. All of their employees are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this plumbing service.

I acquired an American Standard toilet, and the first plumbing business I thought of calling was 210 Plumbing. I have had such a great experience with this company and their employees. Steve and Dylan were prompt and ready to work on installing my new toilet, which I love! Steve is so informative, and I learned a few things from this master plumber. Dylan is shy but he knows what he is doing. I am pleased with their work. I sometimes grip about the prices, but they are worth it. Thank you guys!

6 star Steve came on short notice and fixed leaking pipe under sink. Highly recommend 210 plumber. The number is in the name. A neighbor across street had an outdoor leak flooding yard and he also quickly assisted him in turning off water as well. Fair pricing excellent service.

These people are so honest, kind and just all around great! Our exterminator thought we might have a broken pipe due to small flies in our tub. When we explained the problem to 210, they actually told us that was more than likely NOT the case ( broken pipe) and asked that we try a simple solution. Well, I’m a worry wart and asked that they come over anyway and check for a broken pipe. Sure enough, they were right but their work gave us the peace of mind we needed. Every time we have had them come over, they take the time to explain what happened and how to remedy the situation so it doesn’t happen again. They are old fashioned good people!

I had 2 toilets that were continuing to run even with valves turned off and one of those toilets I wanted to replace altogether. I called 210 Plumber from Home Depot while looking for the toilet replacement. I spoke to Jackie and she went above and beyond going over my options and taking notes on what I needed to have done and repaired including cost of those options. I received several calls from Jackie while she was researching and determining needs and wishes. No pressure at all! An appointment was scheduled sooner than originally stated and the repairmen were right on time. Steve and Oscar were friendly and had no problem with me asking questions. They made sure everything I requested was completed and they even did a couple of things as a courtesy. I also received a senior discount! It was a pleasure working with 210 Plumber. Quick and easy service. I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to others.
