They were assigned to us through our home warranty program and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Kyle did an excellent job and was very professional, quick repair & answered my questions & provided feedback on other possible repairs. Would definitely use them again.

I really would love to leave a good review. I mean, this is a local company. I would love to support my local workers. But this was nearly a scam. Well, it probably was a scam. You see, my dishwasher hasn’t been working so well. The circulation pump has been giving out. I ordered another and requested that a technician from Grayson Collin Appliance come out to replace it for me. They were quick - I’ll give them that - a couple of days. They were quick, in and out, twenty to thirty minutes. They also robbed my family. $150 for those twenty to thirty minutes of merely swapping out the part. I probably could have done it myself if I weren’t so busy. Turns out that I should have. Unfortunately, I probably have to suggest that all of my fellow north Collin County neighbors stay well away from this business. Oh, and yes, I did try to get an estimate in advance. If I remember correctly, I was told that the technician would have to advise me during his visit. Wow, yeah, just stay away if you value your hard-earned money. Just in case you missed it - that’s $300 an hour, attorney wages.

Grayson Collin Appliance is the epitome of customer service! They were on time, respectful and kind. Ed diagnosed the issue almost immediately, and Kyle came back a week later with the part to replace. Both Ed and Kyle are extremely knowledgeable and even offered insight on small things I could do at home to extend the life of my dishwasher.

Would absolutely recommend for all appliance repair needs. Will certainly keep their number in my phone!

Buyer beware! We used them to clean our ice machine, but instead the technician came out, did not know what he was doing, and ended up grinding the motor and other parts, so now we have a high pitch sound 24/7. When I confronted the technician, all he would do is get defensive. I called to the office to find a resolution, and after Rhonda pushed me off for 3 days, they said they are not responsible for that and their lead technician (Leanord) decided to get on the phone and cuss me out. I am a big supporter of local business, but unfortunately, this is one business that I would not recommend to anyone. They are extremely unprofessional, unethical, and unreliable.

On Monday 10/23 we placed claims with our home warranty company. Grayson Collin Appliance was selected as our provider and scheduled an appointment for 10/26 7am-11am.

    Today 10/26 ...

First of all, the office staff was busy, when they called me at 8:15-8:30am to locate the model #. They seemed to be put out that I was having issues locating the info. Which ended up on the back of the machine and not the lid as they had instructed me. Then, they did not realize I had a second claim, that was scheduled for the same time. (Despite the fact we could see it on our end through the warranty system. ) The staff then informed me that they did not have the part needed for the washer repair, without even coming to the house to inspect the washer. Again I asked about my second claim on the dryer, after 3 calls with office staff I was told they would send my info to the tech who would then contact me.

The tech did call to inform me that the onsite fee was $60 per claim. When my warranty claim stated specifically $45 each claim. The tech proceeded to inform me that I would need to contact our warranty company to get this fixed. I agreed and was going to do that in the mean time prior to his arrival. He informed me he would collect $60 for each claim until it was corrected on his end. Despite the fact I had a claim in-front of me stating $45. Next, I was informed his arrival window would now be 11-1pm, not the 7-11am time frame that I was already waiting at the house. I reiterated that the claim system stated 7-11am. That was the time I could be home and had rearranged my schedule earlier in the week to be here during the 4 hour time frame. Now they where adding 2 hours to make it a total of 6 hours. I did not agree to the new time frame of 11-1pm, as I had a conflict. The tech abruptly informed me they would be reassigning our claim and not be coming at all. They did not give me an option to reschedule to a later date.

Frustration between the tech and myself was apparent. Within a 30 minute time frame communicating via phone, I would not recommend this group to anyone. I do understand schedules change however the provider could have given us the the option to reschedule.

I was unable to use this company per there decision.

If this company does not want to work for warranty companies than don't signup to be one of there vendors. Or decline the claim in the first place. Now I am waiting on another company and it could be 3 more days before anyone can come out to look at my appliances. We are understandable upset, when all we want is to get this fixed up and running correctly.

Yes, its our choice to have a home warranty. In the long run it has always been a good choice for us when something breaks.

No customer service. No communication. We have been waiting over 6 weeks so far. We made an appointment for them to come out and look at the dishwasher(a week out), took off work for it and then they called and said they are not coming out because they know what the problem is and are going to order the part. (Why didn't they order the part the week before or have extra available since it is a frequent and known issue?) Then we had to call back the next week and ask what was going on, and they said the part is on backorder now. They don't call and give updates. You will have to call everytime to find out the status!!

Repairman removed the icemaker, looked it over, cleaned out the water line to it, put it back in, told us that should fix it and left. We called back when it didn’t work any better, and were told he would get the message. Nothing happened. We called the home warranty company. They called him and his secretary called us and set another appointment. He didn’t show up. The secretary made false excuses to the warranty company about calling us back; they did not. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had such consistently good experience with this company that I will never ask anyone else for help. They are good to talk me through things I might be able to fix myself (that's a limited set, though), Leonard is always prompt, professional and pleasant, and the staff that answers the phone are always friendly and kind. They are, in a word, wonderful.

My washing machine was not working so I went through my warranty co., Assurant. They had Grayson Collin scheduled to come look at my washer. They didn’t show. When I called I was told they had to order a part for my “dryer”. 3 more days I called and was told they ordered parts for washer. I told them no one had been out to look at it yet to determine what was wrong! No answer. I made an appointment with another appliance repair company who came out immediately and fixed my washer!

Straight forward and great service. I appreciate the professional communication with the team returning my voicemail, then explaining what I could expect, then the technician calling me.

Unfortunately a part needed to be ordered, so it will take some time, but they promptly responded the week of the holidays with reasonable detail and explanations.

    Expectations were properly set.

We called upon Koryente LLC Electrical Services a few times now and we have been very happy with their work every time! they installed an outlet to accommodate a range in our garage, additional outlets around the outside perimeter of our house and they took care of an urgent request when our outdoor landscape lighting was not working. Koryente is the only company we will use for all of our electrical needs in the future!

From my first contact with Koryente Electrical. I was impressed with their quick response to my electric issue. An appointment was scheduled immediately and was moved closer by a day when there was an opening in their schedule. Selling our rental property we are in a time frame to during 5 day option period to fix the issue for our potential buyers. Company listened carefully and booked me quickly for an estimate. They shared recommendation on what need to get done to fix the inspection report issue. After accepting the estimate next day they were able to resolve quickly. Charge was more than reasonable. I appreciate the honest pricing, work ethic and the Koryenre customer service. You will not find a better electrician (especially for the money) in the North DFW area. A+ professional. After work was complete they complete a personalized letter to give my new buyers peace of mind and shared pictures to avoid the drive of the work after. Thank you again! Will continue be doing business with them in the future.

Koryente is a quality electrical contractor. Their knowledge and expertise of electrical systems really sets them apart, on top of their excellent customer service. I have never been dissatisfied with their services. Definitely my number 1 pick for electrical contracting! Great pricing!

Felipe listened to my goals and future concerns, we worked through a best scenario based on what I need now and provided for some of the future goals. The price was in line with the final scope and his team did a great job. I will be calling when I'm ready to do more electrical work.

Had issues with my A/C unit, and the HVAC contractor wanted to verify the electrical to the house. Felipe showed up within a few hours, ran all the tests, and everything was good to go.

I worked with Koryente in a professional setting, contracting them to work on behalf of my company to perform service panel upgrades. They are a fantastic company, very communicative, and a fair price for the high quality of work they do. 10/10 do recommend.

Working with Felipe and his crew was wonderful. They were so professional and listened to our needs. At one point Felipe had to go to the store for supplies as he left he told his crew to do ABC. Those guys got straight to work. Not only did they do ABC. But they also started on D. They just saw what to do abc did it. I will call Felipe for our next projects. Call them. You will not be disappointed. They are great
