Khalid did a very good job analyzing my dishwasher's problem. He determined the repair would eventually cost more than replacement and proved he was not only competent, but a man of high integrity and refunded my money for all but the service call.

Marahim called before arriving, arrived within the time expected, was fast and efficient. This was my first time using Ultra Fix, and will absolutely use them again (but hope I don’t have to).

The price was a little bit higher than I had anticipated, but not unreasonable. You can be assured that this is a professional company that will treat you with respect and get the job done quickly.

Five stars for this company! They came out same day, on time as scheduled and diagnosed quickly. They offered to return next day with parts for repairs but I needed to skip a day and again they arrived as scheduled. The tech was polite and even fixed a jiggly door handle without even being asked too. I will definitely put this company on my speed dial!

Tech Argyn came within an hour of making appointment, diagnosed the issue but had to order the Bosch part which would take days but was able to obtain one locally that day and returned that evening to expedite the repair. A+++

Service Rep Ramil did an outstanding job. Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Rapidly gave me an estimate. Had the needed part on hand. Made the repair and cleaned as he went as necessary. Outstanding service.

Easy to schedule and great at identifying the issue and fixing it. Mine was that the burners weren’t clean enough so the spark wasn’t igniting the gas like it should. Khalid walked me through things and thoroughly checked each burner for a quality ignition!

Rameail was good and knowledgeable in deciding what to do with basement chain switch which wasn't working right. He also had better duct tape for the exterior cover to block cold air. All done in short amount of time. So glad he was available to take care of it right away!

Ramil was able to come the same day, identified the issue quickly (bad heating element), and complete the repair quickly and efficiently on the same day, which was essential, since we had laundry to do. He was also very friendly and professional, interacting with my children who wanted to help. Argyn with UltraFix was friendly, efficient and got our oven back up and running the same day after the heating element stopped working. Certainly the best experience we have had with any appliance technician, electrician or plumber in the DC area — and we have unfortunately needed a lot of them in 2025.
