Awesome! Responded next day - arrived early and were totally great. Neighbor even hit their car and they dealt with it better than I would😁. Dealt with very hard to get to dishwasher due to poor tile job and fixed in minutes (dressed the whole dishwasher down to control board). Honestly may be best experience for home service I’ve had and I’m not young.

We have used Appliance Surgeons three times, for our washing machine, our refrigerator/freezer and for a non appliance job. In each case they were very knowledgeable and professional. They were always on time, were affordable and got the job done right the first time. You can’t ask for more!

Appliance Surgeon was able to send technicians out same-day to assess the issue with my stacking washer/dryer unit (dryer was making loud squeaking/scraping noises). They were even able to make a same-day repair within a 2-hour time frame, which was incredible! Emin and his partner were very professional, respectful, and responsible!

I am extremely pleased with Appliance Surgeon. The company responded quickly and had Tech in my home in less than 24 hours. The Techs were profesional, friendly and funny. They take their job very seriously but have fun while doing it. It's rare to see people enjoy what they do for a living. They followed-up to ensure my washer was working to my satisfaction. I wish they could fix everything in a house, because I would keep them on speed dial lol. I highly recommend Appliance Surgeon and will most definitely use them again, if anything breaks. Great company - Fantastic service. I called on a Thursday evening about a dryer that stopped drying and they had me scheduled for the very next day in the morning. Fuad was fantastic—he arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts on hand, and fixed everything on the spot. We recently moved into a townhome and quickly realized during the move that our fridge and freezer were room temperature and unable to cool. I was really happy with the outcome of getting my refrigerator repaired. He installed a new water line same day. I called and a technician was here about two hours later to get it fixed. It probably took him maybe 45 minutes to an hour to get it done. Now everything works perfectly again. Very fairly priced, reasonable, fast service.
