Excellent service! Replaced oven door quickly with 2 weeks of call.

Was able to schedule same-day repair for a refrigerator not working correctly. They came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had to leave and come back later in the day with a new part, but that was fine. They were on time again when they came back and quickly fixed the refrigerator. Price was fair for a same-day appointment and repair.

Atrocious. Damaged our appliances with dents and re-installed our unit incorrectly with no accountability whatsoever. I called to report the issue immediately during working hours and was told “no one is available and there’s nothing we can do about it”. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The refrigerator Ice-maker was not working. I called appliance surgeon and within a few hours the technician, Fuad, arrived at my house. Shortly after, he had the freezer door and ice-maker unit disassembled to diagnose the issue. Within a few hours after his departure, the unit was cranking out new ice. The Family is happy now! The gentlemen from Appliance Surgeon came and helped make the best of a non-standard install situation, where an old, obsolete oven didn't fit into normal modern sizes. We got a new oven in the next size down, and the technicians did the necessary cabinetry to make the new oven look good in its space.

When we moved in to a new rental property, there were several appliance issues that the previous tenants had neglected. Two burners on our gas stove were malfunctioning, including the large middle burner. Friends had told us that those burners are always tricky and having issues, and we should just expect it. But Appliance Surgeon handled everything. They scheduled with us very quickly, and came to the house the next day. After about an hour, our stove was in perfect working order. We highly recommend Appliance Surgeon for fast, expert service!

Appliance Surgeon has now repaired both my washer and dryer. They were able to make a same-day visit, had the required repair pieces on hand and were able to repair my washer today within just a few hours of me calling with the issue. They are professional, transparent in pricing, warranty and clean.

Appliance Surgeon went above and beyond for me. They spent a long time genuinely trying to fix my dryer and didn’t rush the job at all. When it became clear the dryer was beyond repair and not worth fixing, they didn’t just walk away—they immediately offered to get me a replacement the same day, at a discounted price.

They followed through exactly as promised and got me up and running when I was really in a jam. With sick kids at home, not having laundry wasn’t an option, and they truly came through.

I called Appliance Surgeon because I had water pooling in the bottom of my dishwasher. After barely looking at the dishwasher and letting it run for a few seconds, the technician told me that the drain pump needed to be replaced, it would not be worth the cost of repair, and tried to convince me to replace my Fisher and Paykel drawer dishwasher with an inexpensive new model from an “American brand”. He offered to go to Home Depot for me immediately, trying to pressure me into making a quick decision.

I have since determined that the problem is not with the drain pump at all. The dishwasher drains just fine, but water is coming into the unit when it isn’t running (which is something that we did tell the tech, but there seemed to be a language barrier). He didn’t even run the dishwasher long enough to see if the drain pump was able to clear the water that was in there, and he didn’t look for where a leak could be coming from (whether it’s the dishwasher supply or coming up the drain line from the sink)

So am now out $75 for an incorrect diagnosis and spent several days stressed about needing to replace a dishwasher that probably can be repaired - but I will have to find someone else to do it because Appliance Surgeon is completely useless. This “service call” felt like a scam.

I needed my dryer fixed when two bolts popped out of the drum. Booking was easy, the scheduling was flexible, the repairmen came right around when they were scheduled, and they were quick and efficient. I thought the price was very fair. They even tried to help me out by fixing my laundry door! I would call them again for my next fix when I need it!

I highly recommend appliance surgeon and would give them 10 stars if I can. Excellent customer service. The team was very punctual and very knowledgeable. They did come and check my newly installed gas stove and made sure there is no gas leak and checked all the connections. They were very thorough, friendly and very professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The team at appliance surgeon was so helpful! I contacted them in the evening and they replied quickly and by the afternoon the next day, our oven was fixed. The team was so friendly and explained to me what the issue was. I wasn’t expecting them to fix the problem right then and there but they came prepared with the part and fixed our oven right away. They made sure to test the oven several times to make sure the problem was 100% resolved. We were so grateful to have our oven fixed just in time for Christmas! Very quick, friendly service and reasonably priced, I would use Appliance Surgeon again.
