Hadi came out and fixed my freezer. He also changed the direction of doors on another fridge/freezer so that it opened from the left. Same day service, willing to help, knowledgeable, and over all satisfied with service. I appreciated the help.

The representative was timely and extremely professional. He assessed the problem within minutes and promised to be in touch when part is in. He was also very friendly and personable. He was Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with certainty. I’ve contacted him for repairs more than once and have never been dissatisfiedx Ten out of ten would definitely recommend!

Mechanic arrived same day we called. That was important to us, as our only refrigerator was warm. He diagnosed the problem on our unconventional brand and ordered the part. That was last week. The part came in yesterday; today he came back and got us running again. No surprises, stuck to the original estimate, and made it easy for us. I would call on them again as my new go-to appliance repair guys.

They came on the same day I called and did the job of repairing my dishwasher. I would definitely call them again!

The technician, Zafar, was absolutely amazing! He figured out the problem quickly and resolved it like a true expert. However, the scheduling is a hot mess and the office seems to have no control or visiblity over the technicians' schedules. If not for the extraordinary professionalism and work provided by the repair person, this review would be completely different as I waited well beyond the 4 hour window I was given. So essentially... 5 stars for the amazing service provider and zero stars for the supporting cast.

The technician called my roommate (I was out of town) because he couldn't find the apartment complex. She politely gave him the address again and surrounding commercial establishments. He called back and stated he still couldn't find the place and literally told her, " I can't find it, call a different place." Then hung up on her. Great customer service.

The online help desk was great though. Very responsive and quick. But the technician needs to be fired. I'm sure there will not be any consequences towards him because he sounds like he does this a lot. Who says, "call a different place" and management is OK with this?

I highly recommend Hadi and Appliance Care LLC. Hadi quickly diagnosed our problem with our LG washing machine, and was efficient and affordable. Highly recommend and we will most certainly use this company for all of our appliance repair and maintenance needs!!

Our Tech showed up on time to diagnose and repair our refrigerator. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He knew the what the problem was and the parts necessary to fix. He didn't try to sell us anything extra/overcharge for the repair. Very honest and reliable. I will call again whenever I need another appliance repair.

Home Appliance Care’s service has been great. They communicated well when booking the appointment and up to and through the technician’s visit. Zafar explained what was needed, made the repair swiftly and was on his way in less than an hour. He was thorough and explained how to prevent the same thing from happening again. I’m so glad I called and will call Home Appliance Care again when needed.

I am glad I finally found a to-go appliance repair company. I searched very carefully for a reliable appliance repair company since after my cross-state move I used a different appliance repair company which costed me a lot in vain. When I found Home Appliances Care, its google and yelp reviews look authentic to me and my call with the front office was pleasant too. Mr. Atta showed up with his one crew on time after he called me 45 minutes in advance. After his check, he explained to me about the problem and its cost. I agreed on the repair, it get fixed. When I mentioned my concerns about the long pipe for the vent, he checked the vent outside my house out of courtesy and did pipe adjustment to make it shorter. His professional skill and customer care is really impressive. A quick note, please double check their service area with the front desk and if you are not in their service area, check the front desk if they are able to do an exceptional service. That is my case and I patted my shoulders for I asked for it.

We were impressed with Appliance Care's prompt follow-through with setting an appointment and sending information at each step. Our service technician Zafar was excellent; quickly determined the problem with our almost-new dishwasher, ordered the part and had it in quick turnaround. He immediately called and came to make the repair. All went well and was completed successfully.

Hadi came on time to diagnose my refrigerator and quickly figure it out what’s wrong with it and he also courtesy check my dryer as well. He cleaned his courteous and reliable. I will highly recommend him.

Hadi and Athar were outstanding. They came by about 10 or 15 minutes after my call because they were able to come quickly. They diagnosed the problem and handled it right away. I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Hadi and his associate yesterday. Hadi has been to my house before in the past and I felt very confident in his assessment of my situation. Atta Hadi is very professional and a pleasure to work with. The team was efficient and effective at their work and installed the new freezer fan for my LG refrigerator in less than an hour.

I believe that I was robbed during my visit. when the technicians arrived at my home, my 10" tablet was on my sofa. When the technicians left, I was unable to locate my tablet. I have moved all of the furniture and still have not been able to locate it. I left the living room several times while they were working and they were going in and out of my house during those times.

I will be contacting the company to speak to the manager/owner of the company regarding this and will file a lawsuit against the company, as well as the 2 technicians (including the primary tech Atta Hadi).

Second time I’ve used this company. They are I are on time and efficient. Very nice to work with these people
