Great customer service. They always reply promptly. We have used them for a few different repairs. Prices have always been fair and they have always been able to repair same day or next day.

Hadi arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue with our washer, and had it ready to go in an hour. He has the part with him and encountered a minor issue with another component during the repair but quickly addressed it. Super knowledgeable and clear communication. Highly recommend!

Unprofessional and untrustworthy. This company will not take responsibility for their actions. They came to fix my ice maker and in the process dropped the part which ripped the white lining. Accidents happen but not taking responsibility and blaming delivery is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Its is very obvious that something heavy, like a motor, was dropped inside the refrigerator. This is not something caused by normal use or even delivery itself.

They fix it work good for few months, just to be sure we called another person to what was the problem they told me they didn’t weld it correctly. We called back to see if they can fix it. They told us we have to pay to check it and they we’re busy.

Washer repair. Made a extra efforts to come to repair the washer on their non working day. They took their time and ensure problem was well taken care. I used the washer after repair and it is working fine. Will highly recommend for appliances repair.

I put in a request on a Friday afternoon for service on my broken dryer. Hadi was there the following Monday afternoon, diagnosed the problem, picked up the part Tuesday morning, and came back and installed the part Tuesday afternoon. Great, affordable service. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a service visit for an electric cooktop after agreeing to a $139 diagnostic fee. The technician determined that the infinity switches were faulty but declined the repair due to a cracked edge on the glass cooktop, citing policy and liability constraints. Because the crack was externally visible, advance screening questions or a request for photos might have clarified that the unit would be considered non-serviceable, potentially avoiding the visit. While the technician was professional, being charged the full diagnostic fee after repair was ruled out was disappointing. Customers may benefit from confirming beforehand whether structural damage automatically disqualifies repair, saving customers from wasting time and money.

Atta repaired my LG refrigerator in what I would consider to be record time! I called Appliance Care Thursday and my refrigerator was fixed by Saturday afternoon. He replaced my compressor and it took about an hour.

Hadi was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took care of both our washer and dryer. He cleaned the dryer to the point that it looked brand new. Would highly recommend him.

This company is great. My family and I use them all the time for appliances issues. I called them for my fridge repair. They worked on it for over 2 hours and couldn’t fix the issue. They went to their office and studied the problem some more. The next day they came back and worked on it again and fixed the problem! I like how committed they are to their work.

Easy appointment setup, and on the scheduled day he called to ask if it was OK to come over early. The problem with my washing machine was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Highly recommended!!
