My washing machine belt broke and the part was very difficult to come by, but he went out of his way after business hours to find a comparable automobile belt that works just as well, if not better. When my refrigerator stopped cooling, I called Appliance Repair Services, and I'm so glad I did. Adam, the technician, arrived on schedule and was fantastic. He thoroughly inspected the unit, explaining everything he was doing, and efficiently repaired it. It's a huge relief to have my refrigerator working like new again. Appliance Repair Services, located at 12323 Newcastle Loop, Woodbridge, VA 22192, provides excellent service for everything from dryers to ovens.

They were able to get a technician out to me even though they were booked. I was provided a two hour window for when the technician would come. Then I was given an updated arrival time. The technician, Karim, came right on time and checked my freezer. He explained the issue to me and informed me that a temporary solution would be expensive, wouldn’t last more than a month or two, and wouldn’t be worth the cost. I’d need to buy a new refrigerator/freezer. He felt bad for providing me the bad news, but I greatly appreciated his honesty and transparency. I will also say that their service fee is very reasonable. I’ve received quotes from other businesses that were nearly double their price. I would go to them again for any appliance issues.

I had a good experience. Phone person was very nice and technician was professional and friendly. My 90s Maytag washer and dryer combo was acting up and inspected by their tech. He gave me good suggestions for dryer maintenance and stabilizing the washing machine and now both units are working well.

We called these folks to fix a problem with our dryer. They weren’t who we’d gone to before, but we gave it a shot and I’m so glad we did! They were able to fix the dryer that same day and it only took 45 minutes! They had all the parts already, so we didn’t have to wait weeks, which is a big deal, especially for a family of 5. And the fix was very affordable! Honestly couldn’t be happier—I’ll be sure to call them next time I need a repair!

Atta came out the same day I called and fixed my LG refrigerator, including replacing a water line and clearing a drainage clog, as water was leaking on my floor. Super professional, super responsive, and super friendly. Educated me on my refrigerator and gave me options for repair work. This company knows their stuff and works on all appliances except for microwaves. I would definitely hire again and highly recommend them! Great service and fair prices! Just call them!

Zafar was very professional, as soon as he received the parts he called me right away and scheduled the repair in 30 mins. Once he got here, he quickly started working on the dishwasher and finally fixed it. he is very respectful and an exceptional technician. Thank you Zafar!

In short, I am a very satisfied customer.
Context:
Relatively new and expensive dishwasher stopped washing dishes unexpectedly. When my troubleshooting narrowed down the issue to being a part failure, I knew I had to make the call. After calling the manufacturer (KitchenAid/Maytag) with an out of warranty claim, they set me up with Appliance Care on a one year maintenance plan (versus a one time all inclusive payment that only covers 90 days), which I feel gives more peace of mind and better coverage/options.
Appliance Care was able to confirm a visit for the next day, which was great. The next morning, the technician, Elchin, contacted me to confirm his ETA and was right on time. He was very nice and courteous, and wrapped his shoes in plastic. He found the washing motor suffered a catastrophic failure with chewed up metal parts throughout. He advised he would need to return after picking up the part(s), which he correctly stated would be within 48 hours. Not the best news, but quite reasonable in today's environment and supply chains, and no fault given to him or ApplianceCare. He called me the following day to confirm he got the part and would be back onsite the next day within a two hour window. Again, he called me that morning to advise with his ETA. He brought the entire motor assembly and chassis, meaning even more components would be replaced, ensuring a much bigger overhaul than I thought--which was better than replacing a specific component. A pricy option that fortunately was covered in the aforementioned maintenance/repair coverage plan, not to mention labor. Elchin completed the job, which I did not envy due to the intensive labor required. He ran the dishwasher and we confirmed it is back in tip top working condition.
I give the highest marks for communication and courtesy, and I am very satisfied with the entire process. Elchin did an excellent job. Zero complaints on my end. Highly recommend if you are on the fence about using Appliance Care.

Excellent, quick, friendly service. Our technician (Zafar) quickly figured out the issue with our oven, and fixed it right away; very fair price too. Couldn't ask for better, speedier service.
