The repair technicians were fabulous. They kept me informed of their arrival and were very respectful to my house, putting down covers to keep the floor clean. They fixed the dishwasher and it was clear they knew what they were doing. Would definitely use them again.

Atta Hadi is a master and, as always, he performed our repair with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Hadi has performed several repairs in the past on our LG refrigerator and Galanz stand alone freezer. Today he replaced the blower cover on the downdraft fan built into our Jenn-Air range. We highly recommend having Hadi repair your appliances as it seems there’s nothing he can’t handle. I reached out to him in advance to ask if he would be able to perform the service. I sent him the installation manual and told him what needed to be replaced. Luckily, we knew what the problem was this time, but he found the issues with our previous repairs in short order. He also usually had the necessary parts to complete the repair in one visit. In addition, he even squeezed us in the night before Thanksgiving one year and saved us from losing food in our freezer. We can’t say enough in praise of Hadi. Highly recommended and will definitely call on him for any and all future service needs. Thank you again Hadi!

I'll never call anyone else for service. The response was so quick, and the availability was excellent, including evenings and holidays to accommodate our work schedules. When something wasn't quite right after the initial fix, the response on our second call was just as quick, at no additional charge.

We have had Appliance Surgeon come for multiple fixes now, the stove burners and our disposal. They are prompt, efficient and friendly! We would highly recommend working with them :)

The Appliance Surgeons fixed my double ovens! They were punctual, respectful and clean. The part that malfunctioned had been discontinued and unavailable, however they were skilled at their trade and able to repair the damaged part. Thanks to them I was able to use my double wall ovens to make dinner tonight! I would highly recommend.

So happy with my experience. Fuad the technician is amazing. I couldn’t be happier, he’s a great communicator and showed me all the steps he was taking to fix my washer. He explained to me the problem and how he was fixing it. He’s very polite and respectful and for the first time ever I didn’t feel like I’m getting ripped off as a female hiring a man. I really couldn’t be happier that this issue is fixed and off my hands for such a reasonable price. Bigger companies always send people that always give me ridiculous prices for basic jobs. I had a fantastic experience with Appliance Surgeon and would highly recommend them! They are professional, extremely fast and responsive, and as far as I can tell at a good price.

My washer had a low flow error code, and I called Appliance Surgeon on a Sunday evening (before a Monday federal holiday no less), expecting to leave a message and to hear back on Tuesday. They picked up the phone and had technicians out to my house within an hour. They couldn’t recreate the error code and asked us to send a picture the next time the code presented. The next day we got the error; and they were again out the next day to do the final repairs (which they did after work hours so that I could be home from work). I was not charged separately for two trips (the second trip had the diagnostic fee from the first trip deducted). Now my washer works great!

Our dishwasher was collecting water in the bottom when not running. Was able to get a same-day appointment, which was wonderful. Fuad even got to our house early, and he was very quick to diagnose the problem. He did not have the needed part with him, but was able to confirm he could get it that day offsite. So on a Friday afternoon, he was willing to run to his supplier to get what we needed and come back and install it. He was kind, courteous, cleaned up after his work, and was a pleasure to meet and talk with. Pricing was also reasonable, and certainly less than a new dishwasher. I will happily call him again when we have an issue with any appliance (which as much as I liked him, hopefully won’t be soon! 😂). Highly recommend.

The gentlemen from Appliance Surgeon stopped by and diagnosed my dryer issue quickly with great precision and expertise. It was obvious that these gentleman had plenty of experience and knowledge. They came the same day I called (on a Sunday). The issue was with my actual circuit breaker. These guys really know their stuff! Thanks Appliance Surgeon! Called Wednesday night with a faulty oven & was scheduled next day. They came earlier than anticipated but called to double check if that was alright. Repair was well priced and very quick! They went the extra mile to check wiring for us too. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I could not be more dissatisfied with the repair company Appliance Surgeon. I called about needing service for my refrigerator. There was a tremendous language barrier between the service tech and myself. I could not seem to get across what I believed was the problem with my refrigerator. It would run and stop and then start running again. The tech motioned that it was the fan and that he could go get a new one. I appreciated that and upon his return and after much drilling he said he was finished correcting the problem and it would be $365 parts and labor. That would be fine but it is doing exactly what it was doing before I called although this cost me $365 for nothing. Would never recommend this company and am extremely displeased.

repair man came within 3 hours on a sunday. Defrosted freezer and replaced thermostat - very opinionated and a bit condescending repair person - but I was was quite pleased that (as fridge started cooling again) that situation was fixed! woohoo! While I understand the message he was trying to offer, I didn’t appreciate him tossing a dirty glass of vinegar into my freshly washed full dishwasher either. there are other ways to relay information. I was glad to have the fridge fixed and would have tolerated this - with never another call to the company. I thought that was it -

Unfortunately the fridge cooled down only partly - and we went away for 10 days, upon returning - the temp was never any lower in the fridge. It had not cooled down enough to keep food safe. We called back to try a next step and after repeated calls back to the operator, the same guy came to look again, first insisted it was user error (that we cannot close the freezer drawer we had operated for more than a decade without trouble…) and then argued with me that a simple plastic piece that had been broken since the fridge was installed, was the culprit. I asked if that was the case, why hadn’t he fixed it the first time he came out?

He got angry, even more condescending, and told me he would order the part and fix the fridge the next day (he was honing to “show me”) He was outwardly defiant and angry with me (He had a younger person with him to translate, who kept apologizing and saying he understood while I was frustrated - I questioned his certainty that this was the issue). Clearly I am calling a repair person - with nothing but 5 star reviews!- because I am not able to fix the fridge myself, but I don’t need to be dismissed and brushed off when. ask questions.

He came today a week later, did not say a word just put the part in front of me and grunted. He replaced the part with hardly a word - just eye rolling and grumbling inside the freezer. When done he said “see” — He left my kitchen a mess, was rude and difficult, insisted on not charging me anything, which I felt was appropriate, and though after 5 hours, the freezer is now cooler, the fridge is still warm - won’t go below 45degrees … so no change in temp in the fridge. not fixed. will need to call someone else who will need to understand what has been done - and hopefully figure out the problem. I am frustrated by his behavior - for sure - but more than anything frustrated at the time I spent on this company - the three trips out and no fix! I have enough aggravation -

Called for same day service, within minutes of my call,on a Saturday! Very professional, knowledge, and reliable. Cost was good. Cleaned up behind themselves. Always showed me each step of the work as it was completed. Highly recommend.

My stove was not starting and taking any commands. I did not want to buy a new one bc I knew how to use it. They did brilliant job. I was thinking my stove is unusable anymore, but their technician ELCHIN came and easily fix the problem. Thank you for excellent service
